T.J. Maxx, Hartsdale NY

The Store is a hit or miss type of shop. Sometimes I find things fairly inexpensive from Designer labels, other times the clothes are damaged, torn, dirty. When pointed out to the staff, they just hang it right back up so buyer beware. Can be disorganized, long lines and a busy parking lot, but go early in the morning before the crowd, and it's a decent shopping experience.

Not too busy for this time of year. Check clearance items thoroughly before purchasing as they have have damage, stains and may be missing parts. I also purchased handbags that were in very good condition and trending. Need to spend time looking thru merchandise.

This location seems a lot less chaotic than others i have been to. Service was not so great. One employee was so rude and kept complaining about all the customers, she was very very angry about how busy it was a literally threw things she was trying to organize and was rude to customers if they happened to be in her way.

I mainly go for the skin care products and occasionally clothes. It's a tjmaxx so while I'm not expecting the best service it's pretty adequate depending on when you go. It's been pretty organized when I have gone but on busy days it shows. The reason I have it 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is the skin care products aren't always stocked the best. There are times where it will go on for weeks (at least a month) of no new arrival and so I have to wait for their stock to arrive. The other star is because while the clothing section is a good stock they don't have a lot of grooming products for men, mainly cologne.

Say it with me bags, bags and mo' bags! Their selection is one of the best. Very color or style you can think of.

Tried to return jewelry purchased from another TJ Maxx apparently the other store forgot to give a tag and stamp the receipt. Instead of accepting the item it now is on me to get it back to the North Carolina tj maxx when in live in NY.
Horrible customer service.

If your NOT looking, you will find! It's a hit or miss, But there is always something! ! Store is kept clean, clothes are neat and organized. Parking is available.

Not one of the best TJ Maxx stores I've ever been. Not well merchandised at all, so you have to dig deep in order to find something.
The dressing rooms have major dust bunnies in them. When you go to take off or put on slacks, be sure to roll them up a bit or they going to be filthy. I think the best departments in the store are handbags and children's wear.

They must open one in Greenwich! I have been coming here for many years now, and luckily it is on my route from work, so I don’t need to travel too long. It is not a huge location, but they know how to include everything on their shelves with the way they organize the place. At least once a month, I stop here, and get all the things we need, usually they last for a month (Depend what I am buying).
If you have the patient, you will find treasures here ;)

Prices are good but the customer service sucks, cashiers are always talking, because of that the line just never ends. Management should do something about their cashiers.

Crazy busy Christmas shoppers. Families checking out all the excellent buys. Prices awesome, appreciated the volume of possible purchases.
