Food is amazing there I don't understand why people are complaining about it in other reviews and the chicken is so damn good I always come here to eat their chicken. Way better than KFC, chick FIL a. Try to change my mind.

I ordered 3 Kwa Kwa Baos and then after paying they said they don't have any Kwa Kwa Boas. They said I need to wait 5 days in order to get the refund. Worst customer service ever.

Their motto is “Winging It” and I say that’s not just a clever turn of phrase. They have no idea what they’re doing. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and got a full plain chicken thigh, bones and all, on a bun. I’ve never seen a bone in piece of chicken slapped on a bun and called a sandwich before. I didn’t realize that that’s what I got until I bit into it and got a chunk of bone in my mouth. Not pleasant, not worth the money ($11 for the “sandwich” and fries).

I've been here twice and both meals have been very average. The price point is relatively high for the mediocre quality.

I ordered spicy tenders but got plain. They were ok but came with two ketchup packets. Probably wouldn’t go back.

Reposting my review from yelp, If i can give zero stars I would. Ordered a kwa kwa bao and got a needle with it! Confirmed that the needle is 100% theirs. Spoke with management and got a refund but he had the worst customer service, he actually got angry at me and hung up.a shame because as a Taiwanese person it shows that TKK in taiwan will always have better standards.

The employee served me got bad attitude when I ordered 8 pieces family mealto go tonight around 8 PM. The food was average, the bad service made it even worse. This was my first time trying this place, and also will be my last time.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich for takeout yesterday. The food was good but I wish the customer service was better. I had to wait for a while just for one sandwich.

Food was not something to write home about. I was not fond of the taste of the chicken but the curly fries were alright.

Got the 5 piece chicken tenders and they only gave me 4. It took a very long time for them to give me food because they are not keeping track of what’s running low. I asked for bbq sauce and they gave me ketchup? It’s my first time here will not eat again.

The chicken is decent enough to try once or twice but the customer service here is just plain dumb here.

I’ve come here twice and received chicken that wasn’t even hot just warm to almost cold.

I’d advise people to try it once but the one guy working here as of Sunday 7: 30 is clearly lazy and told me there isn’t chicken and on top of all that I have to wait 20-30 mins?

This guy clearly doesn’t wanna work.
