TLC Ambulance Services, Syracuse NY

Malinda and Chris was awesome. My brother had to be transferred from Vandyne nursing home to the hospital because he was in bad shape. They acted as though he was their family member. The compassion you showed was appreciated. Although my brother was a little bit combative they treated him with love and care. My family is greatly appreciative and supportive of the difficult work you do. I know dealing with family and patients are not always easy but know he couldn't have made it without you! Yes, he pulled through. Thanks for all you guys do.

I’m surprised to see such bad reviews! I took an ambulance ride to the hospital 3 weeks ago. The two young men that took me were wonderful. I wish I had gotten their names to add to this review. The medic was wonderful and very comforting to me. The man driving was also wonderful and said he is in training to be a medic as well. They were both very professional, kind and caring. I was very impressed and thankful for both of them in my time of need.

My mother is elderly and disabled, and currently cannot afford much transportation. The driver was made aware of this, and still kept pressing for money even though we couldn't pay. Then kept saying how ridiculous this was and everything, and when he walked out just left our door wide open and propped to let all the cold in. Will definitely be making sure not to use this company again.

I have needed emergent care twice in the past two months for my mother. We have been fortunate enough to get several of the MOST kind, compassionate and confident responders! They did a fantastic job caring for my mother! The first call had Adam responding. Yesterday I was too nervous to think to get her name. Very pretty, short reddish hair female paramedic. These two are shining stars! Absolutely wonderful! I am so happy with TLC's ambulance services! Thank you ALL for what you do. Especially during these crazy times.

According to the EMT in the back who guided the driver she did not know the correct routes. (using traffic light intersections)
Then she was unsure how to get to the next hospital!
Seems like that is required knowledge? Or a GPS maybe!
Thats ok only cost $1400 what do expect to get?

Incompetent, unskilled, poorly trained, impolite; incomplete equipment on their vehicle.
