My bad experience was only with the reception area. I was very early because my scan went faster than scheduled. I arrived for my 3: 45 appt at 2: 15. Was told to come back at 3. I returned shortly after getting a coffee and sat in the waiting room waiting for them to call me at 3. I was in front of them the whole time. I sat there waiting. The room was now empty except for me. The women looked at me and made no attempt to question me being there. I finally went up to the desk and asked if they forgot me since it was now 3: 30. The girl said "Your appointment is 3: 45, You should have checked in here when you came back. I replied that I told her I would only be gone for a few min and would be right back which I was. She stated. You should have checked in here. I apologized and said I wasnt aware of the rules She told me to sit and wait till I was called and handed me an IPad. This is the second time I have had not the normal friendly Roswell treatment and both times it was that reception area.

As the Doctor was way overbooked and the wait would have been at least 2 hrs, I was rescheduled to a telephone appointment.

Dr. Demmy was great.explained everything, took his time. Gave me confidence in my procedure I am going to have. Answered all our questions. Could not have been more satisfied,

In early 2020 Dr Demmy and his team helped me make the decision that I believe saved my life. I trust them and today 2023 I feel the same. They certainly are the best.
