3I was a client with Tom Gruenwald All State agency, I loved their customer appreciation, interactions and I love the way they worked with me and my dilemmas. This agency was most definitely a 5 star service to me in customer service
Bought a new vehicle and received a letter in the mail stating I needed a photo inspection on the new vehicle. Only issue is there are only two days left before it's due! And I could have avoided it all together if I had sent allstate the window sticker and bill of sale when I got it, but according to them it's too late now. But they never asked for it! Now I have to take time off work and drive to some shady body shop in the hood to get this done. Very disappointed.
Excellent Service goes step-by-step step with you to clarify your Policy great follow up to make sure everything is to your Approval and Patient. Great Customer service. I'm confident with my Policy and Very Satisfied.
