I've been using them for about 30 years. Always friendly and helpful. Rates haven't changed drastically. The office is a converted residence and it is well taken care of. The people are what makes the office good to work with. I have shopped around before, but State Farm is usually pretty close, so I have elected to stay with them. Parking can be a little tight, but manageable.

When we moved back to Upstate NY, Tom took care of all of our insurance needs. Fast, easy and efficient!

I have been with this insurance agent since I started driving in 1995. I have always been satisfied. The claims for vehicle and home are handled quickly and easily. The people that work at this location are fabulous. The employee retention is amazing so I can only assume they treat their employees just as good as the customers. They are always there with extra reminders for me and making sure I have things up to date and how I want them. I just realized today that I had never made a review for them and since they exceed my expectations I felt it needed to be shared.

I would give more than a 5 star review if I could. Alex is fantastic to work with, very friendly, professional, and promptly replies to all emails and questions. So glad we left the green lizard to come to a reputable and caring team at State Farm!

They are the best especially Tara. I needed help with an incident that happen with my car and Tara did not hesitate to help me through the process step by step explaining everything clearly along the way. While ensure that any concerns or questions were addressed and ultimately due to Tara's help I was able to get my car's issue resolved and fixed quickly:)
