My wife and I hired Tom to refinish our hardwood floors in a home we purchased. There used to be a carpet over them.
Tom and his team did an amazing job restoring the oak to it's original glow. He was also able to perform patch work on the floors, and cover a vent that was cut into the floors.
I would recommend Tom to anyone requesting a hardwood floor specialist.
