Tonawanda Valley Federal Credit Union reviews
7I've really been disappointed in this place the past year or so especially with not having Saturday hour I'm sorry that it my be an inconvenience for some of the tellers but what about tge members that have been with you for years it really inconveniences them
Outstanding group of employees that care about their customers and an office that takes care of their employees. Thank you for all you did and have done for my daughter.
We've always used this bank for years and they used to be Great. But now, the drive thru is Absolutely HORRIBLELY SLOW!
Been with them since I lived in Batavia almost 20 years ago. Best rates by far, yes it is an Old School credit union. The staff are always friendly. Left Batavia, 10 years ago for Rochester, however I still return here for loans. The overall savings are well worth the trip.
Nicole is amazing! She is always providing great customer service and helping explore new products.
First off, I'm Smart, and realize and understand this is NOT A BANK. It is a CREDIT UNION. So these people complaining about transferring of money, need to do some research on where they're putting their money! Holy hell!
I’ve always heard it was a great bank and when I opened an account they seemed very nice. I was trying to set up the app and it wanted a security code but never emailed it to me. I called the bank and spoke with Robin and she quickly said that the systems were down. I explained I’m able to get on the system just needed the code. She then tells me “yeah it’s off and on”. Her tone was extremely snarky and when asked for my account number, I couldn’t find it and after 30 seconds of looking she rudely said why don’t you just call back when you find it. So I told her I had the member number if that would work. Her response was “ yeah member number account number, same thing! ” I just opened an account there I didn’t know. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. I hope this isn’t the way they conduct business with everyone
