I was appalled at the way I was treated they told me to wait 15 min and started to soak my anc off for new ones I waited 1 hr and still nothing with the foils still soaking they kept taking in people and told me I had to keep waiting at that point after the hr I said forget it just take them off and I will leave since they where busy the owner ripped the foil off my nails told me that I had no choice but to wait and said u can leave if u don’t want to wow she allowed me to leave with my nails half taken off I felt so belittled she had no reason to treat me that way if they where busy with appointments she should have never took me in. Never going back

The lady that did my nails was very kind but the nails were horrible. Absolutely not worth the price. Chunky and thick at the end even though I asked for a tapered square shape. They were worse before this picture but I went to the store to buy a file

Horrible! They ripped my mom off! She called asking for an acrylic set and confirmed when she got there. They gave her an sns dip set and polish on top! They fell off less than 24 hours later. They wouldn’t redo to give her what she paid for or refund her! Scam artists!

I asked 3 times for a set of acrylic nails because I was suspicious when she was dipping my nail in powder. She insisted that was acrylic. My friends are all telling me that was not acrylic. I also paid $15 for gel polish. Well, in less than 24 hours it started coming off in one piece! I’ve never seen that happen in the 25 years I’ve been getting my nails done! It looked like a pink fingernail on the floor.
I went back just now for a refund for the $15 polish that’s coming off (5 nails so far) and they said no refunds. I did not want them to polish my nails again, because I do not want to use them ever again. So I said I was going to leave them a bad review. It looked like they didn’t care. BEWARE of this place! There are so many others you can go to.
I wanted to post pictures of my nails, but don’t see how. But you should get the general idea. 5 of my nails are completely bare, and 5 have polish.

Basic pedicure really basic in out no hello no goodbye 20 min from enter to exit. Beware of expiration date for coupons found online. Wouldn't necessarily recommend or not recommend. We will see how the pedicure holds up.

This is the WORST NAIL SALON IN DUTCHESS COUNTY! Waited 45mins for a gel manicure. My nails were crooked bubbles formed they refused to fix it the polish didn’t go to the cuticle and over charged me when the price on the website was different then what they said. The owner was so rude I have never been to a place that treated me so disrespectfully. If I were you, I would not go to this nail salon.

I used to do my nails in this salon, lately the can care less to what the client want but always do whatever the choose to. I asked for something very simple and they did what they thought best. I asked for a specific color, and they managed to put another. Very disappointed, very rude treatment they gave me this morning. I decided to leave and was recommended by a friend to a different place where they value you as a customer. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place they don’t deserve our business.

Always a wonderful experience here. I see Eva, she's the best. Came in today and wasn't sure what I wanted but she came up with great suggestions. She takes her time and is very thorough in her work.

I like this place. Been coming for years. Its clean, and that's really what matters first and foremost in my opinion. It's always busy which is a good sign.

This is my favorite place to go in the area however they seem to run behind even when you have an appt. I made an appt. MONTHS prior to my wedding and somehow the appt ran an entire hour behind for a pedicure and ANC manicure. I do NOT recommend the male technician there - he does not do a good job with nails or massage. I had to return 2 days after he botched up my ANC manicure. My favorite girls are Chloe and Eva but all the girls are nice and do a good job. Definitely best in the area!

The worst service the employees are very rude kept rushing me to pick a color. I asked for a gel manicure, and they didn’t soak my hands in water and didn’t even clean my nails.they then started painting my nails without wiping down the dust. I spoke up about it, and they just didn’t care. It was really bad customer service! The worst experience!
