The worst place for you to put eyelashes, it gave me conjunctivitis in my eyes I do not recommend it!

Terrible salon, I would never come here again. 30$ pedicure I could’ve done myself at home. Rush job to get to the next person. Didn’t even do a good job painting needed another coat. Nail dryer is a joke a little box on the floor. Not accessible to kids and she was impatiently holding a fan that she took away when nails were still wet. Should not have even tipped her. Don’t charge 30$ for a pedicure and give 1 star service.

I do my lashes there. NEVER MY NAILS. It's like a flea market there. They're always in a hurry to take the next customer. It's not about QUALITY.it's all about the BENJAMINS.

I recently just got acrylic nails from here and they break off so easily, it’s like having press ons

Horrible job! Just went to get my toes done & noticed my toenail is cut crooked! My fault for not paying attention but still! This is the 2nd time in a row it’s happened. Also, she needed another coat! I’m done going here. They are horrible! Not like they used to be! They aren’t even busy and tush through it.

Very bad experience twice when the owner wasn’t there.today they cut my nails way to short.you pay a high price suppose to be excellent work. I’m thinking of not going back.

Rude staff, very dirty in there… used mail files with old white marks all over them. My shape of my nails were all different and the polish was done sloppily. Not happy! And my mail beds have been very weak

Every time I get my nails done with top nail, they break. Literally like a day or two later after getting them done. Not going there anymore. Spend so much money just for my nails to keep breaking off. Very frustrating!

My rating is because of the style of management is low. The store is beautifully decorated. The young lady that does my mini-pedi we have been friends for over 20 years. She is rated 5 when it comes to her talent, creativity in the jobs she performs, mani-pedi, wax, eyelashes and eyebrows. Anyone would be fortunate to have her in there employment.

No my usual place for a manicure. Walked in and was told "pick color. " I followed the directions and was approached by someone on the staff who advised me that crystal gel was better. I wanted dip powder. They sat me in front of the door. It was 14 degrees outside. The technician went through the process and took my card for payment. At that moment I put on my glasses and looked at my nails and they were a mess. Lumpy and smudged. She did not allow the top coat to dry completely. She was impatient. I told the receptionist that this was not acceptable. She ignored me. The technician was obviously annoyed when I told her I could not leave with my nails in this condition. She took a square block and filed off the top coat angrily. There was dried glued powder stuck under my fingernails and on my skin. The edges of my nails were as if I just played with rocks. Terrible experience. I had to come home and refile the edges so I didn't injure my clothing. The top coat that she ended up using is not used for dip powder so I am certain within a few days this manicure will be useless. This use to be a great place to get a manicure. It is not now. When I was leaving I asked the receptionist for change so I could tip my nail tech.you may ask why.because I am not mean. The receptionist said.do you want me to have someone fix those? Need I say more?

Was going to do a walk in @ 10: 30 am but decided to Call and make an appointment for Hannah. So I was told to come in at 1: 00pm. I had to move something’s around in my day but said okay 1: 00pm is fine. I get there at 1: 00pm and waited for 25 minutes at the pedicure chair. Then someone else comes over and says Hannah is busy I am going to do your feet. I was truly annoyed. Why make an appointment If I wanted a random Person to do my feet, I would not have rearrange my schedule for the day. This place has no respect for other people time. My toes were done terribly and I hate when people don’t respect my time. I have had issues with this place before but I wanted to give them another try. They have not changed and I truly hate disrespect and disregard for other people. As a business owner I will always respect my customer and this place does not. They have a lot of customers so they do not feel they have to be accountable for their behavior, but karma is a B and I pray for them to change. You would think Covid would change some peoples behavior towards others, but I guess as long as you are getting paid you don’t have to be respectful!

I almost always go to the Man in the back on the right side he has never failed me I always get what I came for. Read the previous reviews and they are all valid I have been going here for 3 years now I never got a nail fungus or anything but the services are rush.rush. It's like a chop shop. When I get my pedicures I never let them brush my feet with that brush and I always view if the equipment is coming from the sterilizer most times its not they just arrive with the little basket. They should let the customers see the equipment coming fresh out of the sterilizer in the plastic bags.

Walked in for a relaxing Mother, Daughter day. They separated us, shuffled us around yelling at other employees in another language and they speak English fine. We both had pedicures and they left all dead skin. She wanted to put my slides on my wet feet. I said no. She kept telling me it’s okay. I had to get stern w her and say NO STOP. Then I got a regular manicure was pushed and pushed for gel polish. Was spoken to nasty to pick a color. Not being advised from anyone which card was regular nail polish. The worker literally threw the nail polish card at me. Then came with the wrong color and didn’t not want to get up and get the correct color red. So she came w a random red and I just agree. Didn’t cut my cuticles correctly when doing my manicure. Ripping, pulling and leaving them uncut in places. I was stuck in the filthy dirty back to dry. No massage. Nothing. $115 for two pedicures, regular manicure and a set of acrylic nails for a 16 year old. Tips both women $10.00 each. It’s was a mad house. I was there on Sunday 12/19/2021 was diagnosed w covid Monday 12/20/2021. My Christmas is ruined. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON YOU WILL GET COVID. I was in Sunday 12/20/2021and contracted COVID.

TERRIBLE front desk is mess called me to keep rescheduling my appointment with t he only reason being a time crunch…… how is today creating a time crunch issue for tomorrow. Awful!

I have been a customer for years, also my sister has. Very accommodating I can call last minute & they fit me in with my technician who is Helen. I have seen other technicians as well who r very good as well. Great atmosphere.
