I've been going to Top Shelf for a few years and they are absolutely the BEST. Tommy has done all my tattoos and he is hands down the best artist I've used. His work is always meticulous and exceeds my expectations each time. The shop is clean and well maintained and everyone is super sweet. You will not be disappointed if you visit this shop.
