Jim and his crew were awesome. My car was jacked and taken for a ride. Insurance was happy to allow these guys to do the work. When I got it back it looked better than new. Paint is a perfect match. Fit and finish were perfect. I can not recommend anyone higher than this business.

I needed a repair that wasn’t urgent which allowed me the flexibility to obtain 3 estimates. I noticed the 2 other shops included an additional repair/charge that Top Shop hadn’t. Understanding little about auto repair, I asked James if he felt the additional repair was necessary and he assured me it wasn’t. His honesty was not only appreciated but also saved me money. The honesty alone is why I will be sure to refer to Top Shop and return myself, as needed.

I was in an accident a day before I left for a work trip, where I was going to be gone for a week. I was recommended to Top Shop Collision by multiple people. I spoke with Jim the owner and he got me in immediately to take a look at my car. He wrote up a claim that same day, so they were able to work on it while I was away. By the time I came back from my trip my vehicle was ready to go and they did an amazing job. They were excellent with communicating with me the entire time and was by far the most painless process I have dealt with after an accident.

Top shop took on a job a previous collision job couldn’t handle. Very easy to work with and know their stuff. They are guys who will give you their insight and give you their honest opinion. First and foremost they do quality work and turned the job around very quickly.
