10Wegmans is blowing tops out the water I used to like tops there slacking now. You have 2 major supermarkets on the same Amherst street strip Wegmans and tops what do u think the people are gonna pick? Tops step your game up
Sara, the bakery manager SAVED THE DAY today when Wegmans called me last-minute to cancel a cake I ordered days in advance due to the image on it. (It's was a photo of a friend of mine with Taylor Swift) She graciously made the cake with the photo with essentially no prior notice, (since Wegmans neglected to give me any notice to find a cake elsewhere) I'll only be coming to this Tops in the future for any cakes I need. Give this girl a raise!
TODAY 6/10 THIS TOPS IS ONLY ACCEPTING CASH. NO DEBIT CARDS OR CREDIT CARDS. NO EBT CARDS. NO GIFT CARDS. CASH ONLY. EARLIER THEY ALSO HAD A POWER OUTAGE.
Watched an employee yesterday April 6th, 2022 (white man named Nick) disrespect a customer in the middle of the day because she asked him for help in the milk department. Mind you, he was standing in that exact same department. She did nothing to deserve how she was treated and I most certainly will not be coming back here.
Workers work slow, bottle machine room works slower than the people and machines rarely ever work, store is dirty every time I come here. Suffice all that to say I will NOT be returning to this location!
People of color are treated as second class citizens. I went to customer service and during my transaction the cashier voided out the transaction and assisted a Caucasian. This was encouraged by the management. The cashier are not friendly and do not greet you when you say hello. This attitude is very condescending. I have had this experience twice.
Dnt b any color but white n go to customer service n try to cash a check cause if they dnt like ur color they won’t do
Reason for one star tops brand products not trust worthy baby cockroach and it’s eggs in the noodles
Even though there was only self-checkout and aisle 1 open with a reeeally long line. The cashier Angelina really brought it home for the tops team! I think there definitely should’ve been more lanes open but she treated each customer with the same happy welcome and helpfulness.
It’s people like Angelina who make me want to come back and shop at your store!

It's the same as other Tops, Just different layouts. They have a decent selection but high prices. If you want to save money on your groceries, this Is not the place to go generally. I am usually In there for something on a really good sale or because my bank Is In there. Otherwise I stick to Save a Lot, Pricerite or Walmart.
