Tops Friendly Markets, Buffalo NY

Always disappointed when I hope to this location, never have anything they advertise, and now after the remodel it smaells like CANCER.

I was very impressed with this Tops Store. It was immaculate and everything looked tidy and well organized. The Spot Coffee shop was open and will be a great addition. Tops offers great sales every week. I have shopped at other Tops stores but will now shop here.

Staff is so rude and inconsiderate of customers I reported to the manager that my elderly mother had a health condition and that I seen several customers and their own staff not wearing mask and the rude manager had the nerve to tell us not to come back.

Very gross no one has a mask on not even employees and they stock the shelves and when you ask where anything is they kinda go uhhh that way. Who the hell runs this place? !

Live this tops about 95% of the time. Just don't like 1 of the cashiers she always harasses me about my coupons at self checkout. If it doesn't say please hand to cashier then I don't need to hand to you, I stick it in there. Leave me alone geesh

Busy crowed at times. But parking lot is huge close to many other stores. They also serve hot foods and they have a deli.

Not the cleanest Supermarket around. Some really great CSRs. Most are not really helpful though. Maybe have them all learn what isle certain items are in so it's not a scavenger hunt when you shop.

Tops on Niagara st buffalo ny Haddack Fish, smoke neck bones, chicken, be spoiled in which I'd called into to customer services still wasn't given money nor fresh haddack

The workers at help desk kay and laura are lazy and not very friendly and the night operations manager vivian coffey was okay with their laziness and was also inconsiderate.i dont think i will be shopping there nor willl any of my family members this use tobe our main source for shopping for groceries wenow shop price rite which is right around the corner and their prices are better too

Nice place love the buy 2 get 3 for free deal or the full meal deals come on what other store says buy this back of meat and get all three stuff that goes with it but also a dessert

Such a variety of foods to choose from! This is the Tops store that I have been 100% satisfied with. The staff are very helpful, the store is very clean and organized. I can always find some great food for reasonable prices.

Prices are high but at night you can get in and out! Nice selection of beer. I go later at night, around 10: 00 pm and it's not crowded.

4 stars because once you know where everything is, they rearrange the store. 4 stars because they do have the digital displays overhead to let you know where everything is.

General grocery store, plus a large Goya-import selection. Also the produce is excellent. Pharmacy, Check cashing, Bottle return, and a citizens bank.

If you want expensive groceries this is where you go and an ugly atmosphere feels like I'm back at work again if I'm going to pay more for groceries I'm going to Wegmans.

Been in there a few dozen times. Its a grocery store so sometimes they're out of something and it's not really anyone's fault. Self checkout it low key where it's at. Clean main floor and men's room. Couldn't check the women's room, that'd be creepy and probably illegal. Assuming it follows the trend.

The store is clean and neat, same as pretty much all of them. Unless I see a good sale, I rarely shop there. My bank is in there.
