TOPS Friendly Markets, Bath NY

It's a very clean place to shop at the price a little high but they have a lot of great deals to save me money. Yes I will go back to shop there again.

Only grocery store in Bath, NY and it don't do Online shopping. It would he nice to have when people are sick they can buy there food and have other pick it up for them.

If I am in the area I will get some supplies but you have to watch the prices. Some things are simply over priced.

Friendly employees and almost always has what I am looking for. Would recommend this place to anyone.

This is one of the better places out here to grab groceries with a wide variety of selection. They take pride in keeping the store stocked and pretty clean.

They charge too much for almost everything. Unless there is a sale you can get it cheaper elsewhere. Also staff is not as outgoingly friendly as other stores. Only main plus is they stay open later than some other cheaper grocery stores.

It's not my store of choice more of a necessity. Produce is less then to be desired better off going to a farm market. Staff is always friendly and helpful though

Tops has been a blessing to the area by putting a Grocery back on the Northside of the city since the departure of all of the previous Grocery stores in our area.

No I want to go to tops to get some for my family and I can't order them because I have food stamps they don't let you buy some with food stamps no more that is so ridiculous it's a cold food

Store was not crowded (no line at check out). Cleanliness was satisfactory, was fairly cool inside. And they had everything I was looking for

Great, great great manager. Had a small issue that would have affected me in a big way and the manager totally came through and was so courteous.

I'm going to say 4 from an unbiased perspective - However, for me coming from Buffalo, I have to say this store is more a 3. Maybe I am spoiled for the variety of products I have always had but now I have to go to 3 stores to get my whole list. It has taken some adjusting. Produce is hit or miss, not always the location fault but sometimes it is ordering wrong amounts. The deli people are all very kind and prompt. Bakery looks and smells good but I don't really shop there. Butcher guy, though very nice, wish he wouldn't touch my child. Dairy, I find expired items (or eggs with 2 days left grrr) Always things out of stock over there. Customer service was nice both times, self checkout works for me, store pretty clean. PLEASE figure out what to do with the carts. There are so many and it causes congestion at the door, especially with my arms full of reusable bags, purse and squirmy toddler. Maybe you can build an outdoor cart storage where my daughter catches all the secondhand smoke from loiterers.

Nicely layed out and convenient. Was an eating area near delly, hope it comes back after covid. Prices higher than walmart, however, they have a wider selection of products. If you are cooking fancier dishes than meatloaf or spaghetti, go to Tops.

Well stocked but the Isles are a bit small making it hard to go through if someone is already coming down the other way or if someone is stocking the dairy section and leaves the cart in the middle, makeing it difficult for people trying to get through.

We get the main part of our groceries here and have been for years. They have a bakery with tasty donuts and fresh bread. They make good pizza here. They have a variety of other things available as well!

I'm giving Tops Market in Bath New York 5 stars today due to my recent visit to the deli. I would like to thank Lisa at the deli For her friendly attitudeAnd going the extra mile.

Prices are high, but staff very helpful. I was in there 10 minutes and I saw at least 3 people (customers) without masks. Very annoying.

I was glad to find someone to open a register. I will NOT use the easy scan THING. If a register wouldn't open I would have left my full cart sit there, & walk out.

Not the greatest place to shop. The employees are not very nice. They DON'T CLEAN the belts between grocery purchases. Really GROSS!
