Shopping while black on Sept 26,2022. A white Karen store employee apparently lies on me. Two managers came out of the store demanding to see my receipt saying an employee said I went to the bathroom with my bag of purchased hood after going through self check out. My bag was tied and yes I needed to use the restroom.needless to say I returned all my items for full refund and there was not one stolen item don't steal!

$7.50 for this wilted garbage lol. Made fresh daily obviously does not mean fresh ingredients. They had it covered up nicely at the store and I even was picky on which one I grabbed. I mean the few bites I had were sour and I can even finish it. Be better off making my own. Not impressed Tops.

So how come there's a lot of employees standing around and not 1 of them is able to cover a 30 minute break for what appears to be the only "Qualified " customer service representative. Meanwhile they watched several of us standing line until some left. Not even an apology or attempt to help. So much for customer service

Expensive, dirty.the area in the back of produce where they keep bottled water stinks like a dirty public restroom.expired products on shelves some by as many as 30 days, every single Tops I've been to since 2018 is like this.weird confrontational people shop or lurk here, in spring 2022 a vehicle with at least two people in it shouted something to me about "you don't swing the right way buddy" as they sped off, I did nothing to provoke them.very disappointing that you can't feel safe when you're out risking catching COVID.

I been shopping at Tops for years.
And the prices are pretty good.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
Watch out for shopping carts rolling around in the parking lot.
Also they need more scooters for the disabled. Overall nice and clean Tops.
Always the friendly market.

Place is always kind of dirty and the prices are really high. The fruits and Veggies are mostly moldy. Rather go to Webman's or Wal-Mart.

Shelves are usually fully stocked and staff are friendly. Prices at Tops have been on the high side for about 20 years. Good supermarket to go to if you just need a few things and don’t want to deal with long checkout lines.

Three stars for not being as loud as Wegmans and for having less aggressive shoppers than Wegmans but you're better off going to the Walmart down the street it's the same quality and much cheaper.

I love going to this tops location. I’ve come to know a few employees well, I see Jess, Christian, or Chris on easy scan. They’re all really friendly and very helpful I hardly ever have to wait for help they are all on top of things makes my experience terrific and I keep coming back because I normally only have a few items. So I get in and out really fast they are really great when they are at their respective posts. Love this tops specifically because of them!

#TopsMarkets - the most awful customer service and food being provided at the Maple and Transit Rd location. Apparently 3 slices out of 24 slices equals to 1/3 of the pizza being without meat. #TopsMarketFails

I picked up the breakfast pizza this morning at the Maple and Transit Road location. And boy, was I disappointed. When Maureen had taken down the order she said it was a sheet pizza with 24 large pieces. I requested that we have at least 6 slices with no meat (bacon) as I had people who didn't eat bacon due to religious reasons. She confirmed and said it would be 1/3 no meat (8 pieces) and 2/3 with meat (16 pieces).

As you can see in the picture she managed to give only 3 slices with no bacon instead of 8 slices. Plus not sure what happened that the pizza was dark brown and almost burnt in spots.

Not having enough meatless pizza slices left me no other option but to pick up egg n cheese sandwiches for the 4 team members who don't eat bacon.

It seems that the DELI team at the TOPS is clueless and doesn't really care what they make/sell at their store. When someone specifies the number of meatless pieces and explains it is due to religious reasons; why would that not be honored? Why and how can TOPS keep making the same errors over and over again? Why is there an apology for the errors they make?

I am deeply saddened by the callous and casual behavior and awful customer service at TOPS. After having spent $50 on the pizza and bagels + cream cheese I feel I have been cheated out of not only good customer service but also good, nutritious food.

This whole incident has left such a bad taste in my mouth, that I never want to go to TOPS as I am not sure of the service or quality of food I would get even when I pay top dollar.

Tops market is good overall. However, their prices are on the high side compared to other local grocery stores. Their sale items are good & usually in stock.

Generally pretty good. Has been better lately, and not as crowded as Wegmans. However, I hate some of the sales that offer too many free items with purchase for an individual. Can’t help thinking they are trying to unload items nearing “use by” date.

It's a nice store could do and have a little bit more sanitizing cleaning and you're Mediterranean Mediterranean salad bar and of course people should smile the world is not that bad especially when you going out to pee at your Cashiers I know a goodbye also thank you for coming goodbye I don't know a little bit more marketing on the pr side good luck

I used to love Tops. They don't care about the single customer anymore! They only care about people that buy in 4's i.e. 4 lb of this 4 items of that
