Lady that works customer service has an attitude for no reason. Very unpleasant experience.

Its a union store carrying only union products.

Not a great selection. The produce section is limited.

The workers are friendly. I like the local produce supporting farmers near me. Affordable food with the bonus card. Big thank you to TOPS️

They are always very friendly here. Great service. My family gets our medication from the pharmacy and they always go out of their way to get the job done. The best thing happened to us today. My husband lost his wallet and we called Tops and were informed someone had turned it in. It turned out to be one of the cart guys. They brought it to customer service. When we went to collect it, nothing had been taken out. They were very responsible and honest young men for doing that. That was not even the first time the guys who bring the carts up had helped us. I just want to say that they have hired great people to work there. Kudos to them. Thank you!

Who ever the older woman is that was working the self check out last night is extremely rude, I came in at 10: 50 last night and the first thing as walked in the door she says with a nasty tone "we close at 12" I said thanks I have over an hour to do my shopping. As I was cashing out she was speaking very rudely to another customer as well. She has been rude to me on multiple occasions but last night was much more direct. I'll take my business to Wegmans from now on.

This store is very clean! It is properly staffed with polite and well informed associates (employees know their store). There are plenty of cash registers open so the lines move quickly!

The Sheridan Plaza store seems to have an aversion to cashiers. All too often, there are extremely long lines with only 2-3 registers being used. Long lines at self checkout. I can finish my shopping list in less than 10 minutes, only to stand in line for 15 minutes. Time to shop at a store that believes in Customer Service.

Employees were very rude. I will never go to this location again.
Locations on Niagara st.and Young st.are much better

I was at this Tops stores yesterday where I witnessed a young man talking loudly, with his mask around his neck.and no one stopped him and told him to wear his mask on his face.
Also chicken thighs were on sale and they ran out of them.they would not give a raincheck.
Also because we shop at various stores, we have aluminium cans that Tops will not accept and give a refund even though these products are marked NY. This is bs! They should accept all cans.
Also, the person who does the purchasing for Tops does a lousy job! Very often I can't find products that I use to be able to find, only to find out that the product is no longer available.
I will be shopping elsewhere.

I don't plan on going back to Tops again. Not only it's pricey, poor customerce and they producrs is very limited. Can't believe I paid $10 for somerhing I could pay $5 elsewhere. They need to update they customer service not the building. This Tops is the worst, trying to copy Wegmans. Y'all should copy they customer service too. About that? Wished I could give 0 star.

Store made many updates but the logic in how they placed items, and the aisle's make no sense, also I over the last couple years I find there stocking is suspect, finding items very close to the expiration dates i know this because due, to not finding what i went to my neighborhood tops, I had to drive around to other locations, and finding items, such as candy, packaged meats from the deli, cheese, and more items were more up to date compared to my Tops on Sheridan, that in fact is a problem, the neighborhood has supported this store for many years and now we can't go there with confidence like it used to be I'm just not happy, and I'm sure other people like me are trying to be careful on what we buy for our family's, It's not a good feeling thinking your buying food, for a week and 3 days later something you bought is spoiled or expired I know it looks like I'm just rattling on, when you work hard for your money, we don't just want to throw it away, we all need to eat, we want a Store we can rely on, sorry it's not here anymore!

Much improved since the store has been updated. Front end people seem to be more pleasant. BUT.the people in the Deli department are lacking in social graces. They are unpleasant and downright rude. Management must make some changes.

If its past 9, self checkout is your only option to buy anything. After a long day at my own job, i do not want to scan and bag a full cart of groceries. Always disappointed. Wegmans is superior in many ways.

When I go to your store if my passenger who I take shopping I take her or both of them strait to Wal-Mart or wegmans if I can't shop. I use the electric cart. So you loose 3 customers
The one electric cart has been broke down for a few months so if it was working
You would get all three of us shopping there. Fix the electric carts us disabled people drive and we bring people to the stores that don't drive. I have asked employees and a couple times I asked managers to get the broken cart fixed the answer is always we don't have control over the carts.so why don't you get a different repair company?

Shop at many different Tops stores and this is the worst. Every other location is always a pleasant experience.
People ignore fire lanes andpay no attention to customers trying to get into the store.
The ladies at the deli counter are the most unpleasant and don't think they have ever been happy with their lives. A smile would be nice from one of them.
