4Been a customer of this West Seneca Tops since 2009. Pharmacists Heather and Eric and staff are excellent with their advice, service and professionalism. Never had a Rx filled incorrectly. Feel like family.
Well had good 2 year run with “TOPS PHARMACY” last month I informed them my meds would be lowering in dosage I even told them what the dose was a month later my doctor sent in the script for the lower dose I went to pick it up and they said they don’t have the dose I am asking for FAIL not going to continue to use this pharmacy.
Worst pharmacy. Your better off going to Wegmans across the street. Every doctor that I had in the past and recently hate them. They are terrible and don’t know what they are doing. They have you wait over a half hour to get your script even if you call In before. Terrible.
I have never had a problem with them. Theyare friendly and helpful. If you are in need of a refill they contact you Dr I'm mediately and you are notified when your scripts are ready. I highly recommend them!
