Torrid, Middletown NY

Lenaisha was absolutely wonderful! The best experience I ever had at torrid. She was so patient and friendly and tended to all customer even tho she was all alone.

Torrid has lots of lovely clothing, but the store is small and feels cramped. I have trouble finding clothing, because the layout is overwhelming.

I made an order online on May 2. I received my order on May 17. Pretty long wait but I got a deep discount so it was fine. One of the pants was defective, so instead of chancing it, I decided to return both pairs. I called the store ahead of time to see if they would allow me to exchange the pants for a different pair, at the same discount and I would pay the difference since the pants I wanted were a few dollars more per pair. The person on the phone said they could do that. I brought the items in today and spoke with another employee, Tina. I picked my pants and went to pay and it was a lot more than I expected. I explained the discount and what I was expecting. She was very kind and understanding and explained everything from her side. I was really disappointed thinking I was had by Torrid, but Tina accommodated me and made it work. I left happy and I just want to say Tina is really a super employee, very nice, genuine and so helpful. Tina, if you're ever looking for a new job, let me know! Lol!

My favorite store for plus size clothing! Friendly associates and great deals and selection

I love this store, the girls are always so friendly and helpful. I just wish that there was more of a selection of jeans in size Tall. Other than that I'm a satisfied customer.

The staff was good, missing the Betsy Johnson clothes, said to order them online. Defeats the purpose of making the trek to a store 90 minutes away

Two of us needed clothes in a pinch for a funeral. I have never shopped here before and absolutely loved it in here. From the helpful staff and so many pieces I wanted to buy to either add to my closet or to my dresser. Definitely one of my new favorite places to shop.

If you're plus size this is a nice place to shop. Nothing in there was my size but very nice clothing, up to date styles. Pricey but I'm assuming it's great quality stuff.

The gals that work there are kind, helpful, funny and courteous. I absolutely love shopping there!

So surprised on how nice the new staff is they were very friendly where able to give me a very good deal so I was able to leave the store with a bigger purchase than I thought also I was able to revive coupons and over very nice experience will definitely be coming back more frequently
