Toss & Fire Wood-Fired Pizza, North Syracuse NY

We rented the Toss & Fire pizza truck for out after wedding brunch. The team was amazing the Pizza was excellent and impressed all of our guests. Thank you and your team for making it all happen for us!

I gave 3 stars because the specialty pizzas created for the fair, at the fair stand were very good. A few days later I ordered 2 of the same pizzas from the N. Syracuse location. The state fair sausage pizza had 4 small slices of sausage and a few peppers. Very disappointing. Likewise the dessert pizza had small toppings. And the price was higher. I called to complain about the quality and to their credit I received a refund. I just wonder why the difference between the 2 locations.

This is probably the best pizza I've ever eaten. The crust is perfect and sauce is well balanced. They have a creative menu. We went with the dill pickle/bacon pizza which didn't disappoint.

Everyone knows their pizza is great, but I literally came on here to rave about the garlic knots. They are ridiculously delicious; they have the perfect balance of oil, parmesan, and garlic. They are also cooked to perfection, with a slightly crispy, golden outside and a decadent fluffy and soft inside. I always love their pizza, but I would happily enjoy a meal of just garlic knots.

As always we tried them at the Fair and absolutely fantastic taste. Service was quick and employees at the fair were very friendly. They have also shared that Gyro pizza at the fair is the best, which we will try next time.

Definitely will try again.taste is mouth watering. Highly recommended.

Tried this for the first time (Camillus) and I was impressed and pleasantly surprised by the number of options available. They even have cauliflower crust!

We tried the veggie pizza and it was amazing. Will definitely come back again. Service was wonderful and it came out quickly.

Some if the BEST pizza around. If you ha ent tried their salt potato pizza it's a must! I love leaving my buyers gift cards to this place for closing gifts! They always rave about it after. Support local!

My daughter and son-in-law recommended this place. Very good pizza and wings! We started with a tasty order of sriracha and honey wings crispy. Then we ordered a DSP honey pot w/o the hot cherry peppers. Really good, fresh ingredients, sauce, crust had a good crisp and the honey drizzle was a nice touch. I'd give it 8.1 on the "One Bite" scale. We also ordered a small Margarita Pizza. Again very good, fresh ingredients, nice crisp. I'd give it a 7.4 on One Bite. If you like good pizza places with a nice selection of beers, this is a good spot in Syracuse.

This an awesome place with many amazing and tasty pizza items. If you ever wants to try a unique tasting pizza, give them a call. You won’t be disappointed. I recommend people to try their food because simply it’s amazing.

So I really enjoyed eating this as a take out meal. The pizza was very good the crust had great leoparding, and the toppings where very good quality. I make it a point to stop by once a month. They do a GREAT job with their pies. The wings are good, but I can only speak on their chargrilled. They also have a great variety of sauces to choose from. It's a little pricey, but a great treat every once in a while.

The cheeky monkey wings were delicious and YOU MUST try the dill pickle pizza. The only thing that needs work is the cleanliness of the space.

Ordered the caprese mini pizza and it was amazing. The flavors that mixed together were unbelievable. Definitely Coming back!

Went there for lunch, food was good but the service was. So slow. Only one waitress for the inside and outside. The poor girl was running all over.

I had one of their pizzas (Little Italy I think) at their food truck and wow! This might be the best pizza I've ever had! The crust was thin and delicious and the toppings were so flavorful! Perfect balance.

I have given this place MORE than enough chances. Ill start with the very first one. Ate inside before pandemic, found a hair in my salad. I know things happen and I let it slide. Now I eat here quite often. Because I'm on the keto diet, and want to support local business I don't want to go to Domino's, but ill tell you they have never messed my order up. Ordered 2 pizzas, 1 gluten free, 1 regular. Was made both gluten free. Had to drive back to get the correct one, and I handed them the wrong one to prove it was wrong. Next time I ordered, I ordered regular garlic parm wings with gluten free pizza, the wings were boneless buffalo flavor. Had to throw them out because I can't eat them. Next order I ordered another pizza and the cheese was sliding off on to the box. How is that even possible, which I can see if it was delivery. Had them remake it, waited as my wings got cold.was wrong yet again. Was a 4 lover cheese when I didn't order that in the first place. Remade again, was under cooked but they were probably rushing. I appreciate getting a refund, but I really just want management to step in and DO BETTER. I dont want a apology about my 4 bad experiences, and from the 6 I've been, 3 in a row is pretty bad to be.bad. I want to support my local business, but you make it really hard to do so. I don't want a free meal although I appreciate the refund. I just want a good experience. Not 4 bad ones in a row. I also shouldn't have to be paranoid to check my food every time I order. I place online orders and don't understand how it can be messed up when its just simply reading instructions. Also have to add from this experience tonight. I live 1 min down the road and from the time I left to pick up my food, it was 45 minutes until I got back home. I might get the response from the owner about coming back and giving another shot, but it's been 3 chances. I can't be the only one who is voicing their complaints and concerns.
****So update. It seems as though they got their stuff together. Order has been correct everytime. Pizza crust was a little burnt for my liking but overall way better experience.

This was the first time I tried this place. Ordered online and was told it would be 30 minutes. Okay, no problem. After 30 minutes, I go in to pick it up and myself and another customer stood up front for over 20 minutes before we saw any employee. No one even acknowledged us. Then someone finally came up and my order still was not ready. I'm all about first impressions. The food was good, but to not even be acknowledged when you walk in for over 20 minutes is a huge negative for me. I most likely won't return.

We dined in. Service was cheerful and efficient. I ordered Steak & blue pizza. It was really good. This was my first time there. It was a positive experience. Many choices on their menu for wood fired pizza, Detroit style and NY style, plus original appetizers, wings, etc.

Pizza here is fantastic! Brick oven fired crust, not soggy like at some other places the offer brick oven pizza. So many choices and different flavor profiles. Highly recommend!
