Total Dental Care of Middle Island

Partials (upper) don't fit. I have an extra snack after a meal with so much food it collected. The design is NOT good at all and I've had 3 partials & NEVER experienced this. I could go 3 days not taling them out without food in my partials. Poor design.
Partial (lower) one tooth needed ;after the dentist tried extracting my original tooth he broke my molar in 3 spots that they needed the surgeon to remove it which left me a hole the size of the grand canyon. They replaced w lower partial and that "grand canyon" space feels like I have a grey driveway pebble in my mouth and the tooth is level with the partial itself so when chewing food dribbles out of my mouth bc the tooth is not big enough like a molar sglhould be.
Also, I have sores on the inside of my left cheek from chewing becausevof the poor fit and in the lower right side the inside of my lips are also getting sores from chewing.
The hygenist cleaned my teeth exactly the way I do at home and when I asked her why do I still feel tartar on my bottom front teeth and other lower and outer are yellow her response was (besides what she believed to be her "cutesy" Jewish slangs) "ohhh, your onlybgetting what you paid for" " they aren't very professional around here, you'd think it'll be included in all your work after they are finished" AND this can't out of my pocket - NO INSURANCE.
NOT to mention how you tried to charge me be rates after merging with "The Smilist" while I had a contractual signed agreement for the lower rates through TOTAL DENTAL CARE - your company.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST-
My 1st visit was a front right tooth that needed to be replaced and was suggested to bevcapped, the dentist went in to drill my tooth down and shaved part of my left front tooth as hec was going on to mouth. So now it looks coed but the edges are smooth like itv was done with the grinder. I DID NOT CHIP MY OWN TOOTH. I HAVE PICS BEFORE / AFTER OF MY SMILE BEFORECOMING TO YOUR OFFICE.
AND HE KNEW HE DID IT BECAUSE WHYYYYY WOUKD HE SAT "OOPS, THAT WASN'T MEEE" I hadn't said anything because I didn't want any confrontations until my mouth was finished. I also waited this long to make sure my addressed issues are legitimate and figured I'd give the partials a chance to fit and adjust accordingly.
I would like a cleaning, tartar removal etc and my front tooth either capped or bonded; whatever cosmetic dentistry is required. AND my bottom partial to be made over with an actual tooth I can chew with and not drool with without biting my inside cheeks as well. And before the holidays because I chose TOTAL DENTAL CARE as to have my necessary work finished in less time it would've taken somewhere else AS YOU ADVERTISED ON INSTAGRAM and everywhere else.

The staff are friendly but still professional. The office is clean. They make you feel more like a friend than a patient and that helps my dentist anxiety.

Easy to make appointments, and friendly staff. On my last visit on January 29, my root canal and cap was finished. I thought it very nice that Dr. Q's dental assistant called me to see how I was doing.

The TDC staff is super friendly! They are well organized as I’m always seen at my scheduled appointment time. Toni is an amazing hygienist always making sure I am comfortable as she gives me a thorough cleaning. I travel over an hour from my home to their office in Middle Island, so that alone speaks volumes on how much I appreciate their service.

I've been coming here for a few yrs now and everyone staff member is very nice and explains what is covered before anything is scheduled. The dentist are very thorough and the hygienists are good as well, never had a problem. I always recommend to friends and family as long as they accept there insurance.

Professional, curtious, very helpful with insurance.
Quality work in all areas of dentistry and periodondtal.
And my teeth look great!
