TOTTINI, Brooklyn NY

I generally love Tottini's clothing. However i bought a sweater for my son and he wore it once. It was raining outside and when he took off his jacket we noticed that his tzisis under the sweater were blue. So before i washed the sweater I soaked it and the color just kept running and running. Clearly something is wrong with the sweater. I called Tottini and sent pictures and videos and they were willing to do absolutely nothing! See pictures below.

Horrible customer service. Return policy is only ten days from DATE OF SHIPMENT so beware!

They have cheap prices, good quality clothing, and customer service is top-notch.

Never buy in a store without service.
I paid for clothes, Didn't receive the delivery, and didn't receive any refund.
All along the way I didn't receive any service.

I'm not sure whats the service in the actual store, but do yourself a favor and don't order from them online.

I never bought in store, but I was always very happy with my online shopping, they have beautiful collection and great prices.
