3 The building is nice but the location sucks and living across from a halfway house presents issues (loud music almost every day and night, ambulances and cop cars regularly, and i've even had to make complaints to the police).
It's also worth noting the building has very few amenities and charges a fee. You cannot bring friends into any of the amenity areas which makes them pretty useless. The roof is beautiful though.
Definitely not as luxury as it is marketed to be. We have had constant issues with the AC and building management has refused to replace the broken units.
Would not recommend.
Great location by K-town. The entrance is flanked by two nice restaurants and ample space. The units feel clean and new. Never had a bug problem. Minimal noise issues. There's no in-unit laundry for the smaller units but my studio's layout is perfect otherwise with closets in the right places. Doormen let me know when I walk in if I have packages to pick up. Maintenance requests were dealt with day-of (and rarely needed). Very nice experience overall.
