Stay far away from this shady company, they will not keep any promise once you make a deposit, they will not deliver the car on due date and if you want to get your money back, good luck on that! Bunch of thieves!

If you are in an accident, they will hold your car hostage, regardless it's lease or rental, you have to pay $1k to get the car back! A total crooks!

I returned the car sep 22.they didn’t give me the deposit till today December 20. I called them many times, sent email and walked to the office and still get nothing.

I worked here for a week. They tried to get away with not paying me. This place is awful! They will charge you twice and take forever to return your money. Cars are of horrible quality, and you pay more than you should. You will most likely have mechanical issues. The staff is unprofessional, and the place holds such negative energy.

If you are looking to rent a car, stay away from this company. They are scammers with their collection strategies. In the end, instead of making a little money, they end up taking from you. Currently, it is no longer profitable to rent a car. The lawsuit has dropped quite a bit. In the end, it is your decision. For my part, I will never rent a car from this company again.

I need to schedule a meeting to discuss the 'prices' of the lease-to-own program in 2023. Tower seems to be behind the times. I suppose the prices are confidential information. They want to make sure I understand that I will be paying twice the value of the car after all the payments are done.

The worst place to rent a T&LC vehicle if you have an accident you have to look for 1000 thousand dollars no matter if you are innocent or guilty and while they repair your car you have to continue paying without them giving you a car

Worst company ever, they are making up accident on your profile so you can pay them $1000 deductible.
