My grandmother has been in this building for years. We can’t wait to get her out of the there. It’s always so dirty in the hall. Management doesn’t seem to care about much other than getting the rent. Wouldn’t recommend you move there. Rising rent prices. It’s definitely not worth it.

The Manager Sarah Wolfe likes to prey and treat her elderly tenants like second rate citizens. Specifically the ones who get assistance paying rent. She puts the elderly out without reason in the winter. She’s putting my mom out (who’s lived there, in those apartments for almost 9yrs. Here’s some photos of some of the things my mom has had to live with in the past year. Mom is 84 yrs old an being put out of her home, because of the building manager Sarah Wolfe. Sarah also likes to leave threatening letters in front of her (and others) door. My mom has NOT ONCE been late on her rent, but she got a letter saying she owed $53 because she didn’t pay her rent. Mom called her bank and the rent check cleared a week prior. Then less than a week later, she gets a phone call saying mom owes $53 because mom denied entry to her apartment to the exterminator. Mom has never denied entry to the exterminator. Never once. Over a month ago the exterminator came, mom let them in (as usual), but she had one room pad locked. But she never denied any entry to the exterminator. Sarah Wolfe must be short $53 on something. And if she’s (trying) do you do this to mom, how many other elderly tenants is Sara Wolfe doing this to? I just wish other tenants had children who care as much as I do for my mom. Sara sits in her office like it’s a throne to a kingdom. Eventually Sarah‘s kingdom will crumble. Here are some photos taken in the last year of mouse and rat excrement, and if I get any other harassment from Sara Wolfe I will release the rest of the pictures that I have taken over the past year and change. I hope this is helpful. The 26 following pictures all depict rodent excrement. As I believe thoroughly that the reason they are putting my mother out, is because my mother refuses to live this way. And Sara Wolfe cannot be bothered to actually do her job. I called her boss at Berkeley properties LLC and they were just as heartless as Sara, if not more. I did not want to write this review, but they are putting my mother out of her home after nine years, because of bugs, mice and rats. Rather than deal with the problems and rather just get rid of the people who are not afraid of Sara Wolfe, and will speak up. I hope this is helpful. ️️RENTERS BEWARE ️️ I’m going to clarify the statement of the photos that I have yet to release. They are simply of the apartment. I have absolutely zero photos of Sara Wolfe period management is just trying to redirect this review, and debunk anything I’ve said.

I moved in Towers on the Hudson in April 2021, and let me tell you one thing it was a Great choice! When I moved in Christa was the property manager and let me say this she was Awesome! She helped me and my mom so much, and I am grateful for her! Towers on the Hudson is a beautiful place to live, if you are moving in alone or with your family you can't go wrong. They keep the grounds clean, well maintained and the apartments are very spacious, with breath taking views, a gym, laundry area, elevators, ample parking, friendly neighbors and the staff Sarah and Andy are Great (keep up the good work). If you are looking for a Wonderful, Safe place to live Stop Looking and come to Towers on the Hudson!

I looked at multiple apartments for my son who attends RPI. Christa at this building was the most responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. Due to Covid, I had to change the lease terms multiple times and she was helpful every time I had to make a change. She even reached out to the old tenant on my behalf about buying his A/C unit. I ordered a modem before we moved in and it was already placed in the apartment when we arrived. The apartment was freshly painted and clean. If you are not sure which building to rent from, look no further than Towers on the Hudson. Every rental company needs to take a lesson on how Christa manages inquiries and rental processes.

I don't live here but I have been visiting for years. I must tell the public that there is a bed bug infestation. You can see them in hallways, elevator and light fixtures. This is the worse case I've seen. Please let others know. Thank you

I just moved now.
Office woman Christa is very kind and nice person. Maintenance team is fast and helpful. This apartment is old building, but they had upgraded many things inside.
Apartment neighbors are friendly. I am living in 5th floors where having beautiful view. I recommend towers on the Hudson apartment.
