This office is a gem. I went in for routine cleaning and x-rays, left feeling like I had brand new teeth. Great people all around.

What an absolutely fantastic place! I have a terrible anxiety condition with any kind of dental work and have been thru so many dentists - this place and Dr Piazza is so patient and gentle helping me thru anything I need done - the hygienists are also kind and patient. Office staff friendly and helpful! Beautiful clean and sanitized office! 10 stars to this practice!

My wife is a patient here and I was looking to join her as she said the doctors and hygienists are great. The very rude receptionist (Mackenzie) refused to schedule me, even though our family has an established relationship with the practice. A little friendliness goes a long way, especially for the person answering your phones as the "face/voice" of the business. This person had none of that.

I needed a root canal, thanks to the hands of a different dentist (unaffiliated with Town). Because the tooth was already fitted with a crown, I was more concerned with it being damaged, than the actual procedure itself. Dr. Piazza (and staff) are more than reassuring, and calmly explained what was happening in real-time. I was in and out of the office within 45 minutes! Crown remained in tact, procedure was a success, and my anxiety is gone!

After many, MANY years of avoiding dental care, I found myself with a tooth problem that needed to be dealt with. I read lots of reviews that Town was a really good choice for people with dental anxiety, so I took a deep breath and made an appointment. If you are putting off dental care because of anxiety or dental phobia, I can't recommend Town Dental highly enough. From start to finish, the whole team has been friendly and understanding, the office is clean and comfortable, and the overall experience has really alleviated any anxiety I had about seeing the dentist. Dr. Piazza explained everything he was going to do before he did it, and was extremely responsive to my questions. I was able to see my X-ray and he helped me understand what I was seeing (which, fortunately, was a mouth full of healthy teeth, except for one that needed a filling!). Claudia is a lovely hygienist as well - very compassionate and kind. If you're looking for a dentist who will help you not be afraid of the dentist, I doubt you could do any better than Town.

I've been a patient of Town Dental now for over 4 years and it's been a great experience. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with when it comes to scheduling an appointment. Also, Dr. Mike does and amazing job and has always gotten me in and out as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new family dentist.

Made a mess of my mouth. Went to a different dentist and they said I should ask for my money back. It was so bad they wanted to pull the tooth even though it was a fresh root canal. I would not recommend going here.

I’ll be reporting this place for insurance fraud. Everyone check your statements over no matter if your insurance 100% covered it. This place is a scam.

I have been a patient at Towne Dental for a few years now. I haven’t needed any major dental work (just cleanings) until today - needed a crown on one side and a filling on the other side. I told Dr Martin that I’ve had extremely bad experiences on the past. All I can say is WOW! He was calm and reassuring. I honestly had no pain. He did great work and consistently checked in with me to see how I was feeling. Needless to say, my dental anxieties are pretty much gone! THANK YOU Towne Dental. By the way, everyone in the office is friendly and helpful - from front desk to everyone doing work. If you’re looking for a great dental office, look no further!

I’m a newer client to this dentist office. I have nothing but good things to say! Office staff was very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Piazza is very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. My visit exceeded my expectations. Would recommend this dentist office to friends & family!

I was able to get in for a much-needed cleaning and everyone was very friendly. The building is always spotless and soothing in design. They take covid precautions with temp checks, hand sanitizer, and plexiglass barriers for front office staff. Josephine and Dr Miller were both very thorough and professional. I know they are taking great care of my smile. Highly recommend this practice.

I ended my long-term association with this practice today when Dr. Piazza rudely, sarcastically, and aggressively denied my request that treatment staff double-mask for my protection. He would not let me finish a sentence, cut me off repeatedly, and was extremely rude. He indicated that his friends tell him that masks might not work anyway. I don't pay people to be rude to me or to fail to take basic health precautions. The rudeness was extremely unprofessional.

Friendly staff, great location, beautiful interior and Dr Piazza is great! My family and I have been seeing him for years and always reccomend to our friends looking for a dentist.

From the moment walking in the door to walking out I couldn’t have had a better experience. Dr Piazza took the time the explain everything he was doing. I needed complex dental work done and my mind was quickly put to ease. I drive over an hour just to go here because of the service and friendly atmosphere. Wouldn’t go to anyone else.
