I called about a unknown ticket. The young lady was rude and over talking me when I was trying to explain to her I never received correspondence so this was unknown information. But I wanted to handle it asap I don't ever have priorities slipping so as I was trying to ask for the directions she continued to over talk me about how there's nothing she can do and the amount needs to be paid. I said to her excuse me I was past that and was trying to ask your location and address so I can come handle it asap. She was extremely rude and unfortunately she was the only one there to speak with. Customer Service was not a priority for this young lady, and phone protocol was not given when speaking to customers. I think she needs to be retrained.
