4Christina was very rude when asked about how long it would take to get a call back. They didn’t start the work when i first called and when i called again they seemed upset at having to do their job. They hung up on me when i was saying i’ll call them back later in the week if i don’t hear from them.
Staff has very poor attitudes. Sorry to anybody who has to come here. Some staff will be very unpleasant about having to do their jobs.

I am from out of state and had to deal with Halfmoon on multiple occasions. Everyone I have spoken to has always been very polite and informative. I have asked way too many questions and they have always accommodated me even after two years!
