Many of the programs are helpful and uplifting. I participate in the book club and the meditation programs. There are programs for every taste. Once you join you will find it hard to be lonely.

This Senior Center is wonderful! Those who work there are so kind and understanding of the senior citizens.it is a home away from home for many of us. Besides the meals that are served, there are outings, activities, informational presentations, and any kind of help an elder would need. Many seniors live alone and this is a great place to connect with others.
