You can't be trespassed from a public building especially when present to conduct official business.
The lawsuit coming your way is going to be a whopper.
Violating rights of citizens. They definitely do not care about the lawsuit that will be filed because it is coming off tax payers.
You cannot trespass the public from public areas of a public building unless they have committed a crime. Public photography from a public place is a constitutionally protected activity. Big lawsuit coming your way.
We will now be avoiding this town on our travels. Never heard of public photography being against the law! Take no chances in this town obviously crooked from the top down. BEWARE!
Town seems to have a problem with keeping their employees accountable. That will be a big lawsuit. Sorry taxpayers. Remember this when election time comes
