Town of Walworth

So I tried to call the town several times about an issue with our yards on my road. Call the clerk twice and a supervisor once with no return phone call. Cally the clerk for a third time and finally returned my call after leaving a more direct message. She called back with a snarky attitude and was basically blaming me for not knowing what I didn't know. The problem could have been resolved easily with a return call on the first message to let me know which direction to go. It's not my fault I didn't realize it was a utility company issue and not the town. They're supposed to be there to answer questions not to assume you're supposed to know them. I think the clerk could use a little more patience with constituents.
