Towne Mazda, Orchard Park NY

Typical. Brought in my CX-30 for 10,000 mile check up. Tyler greeted me with all the cheeriness of a rock. I identified myself and there was paperwork waiting for me indicating that my online request for an appointment had actually worked (not true for Northtown). Tyler indicated that the tech (Joe Holdsworth) would be through in about an hour. It was 90 minutes to have tires rotated and oil changed. The cost was $100. The only reason that I went there is that there is some pitter-pat in the warranty about work being completed by Mazda. Overall, they were okay.

Cx-50 Purchased in May. Unfortunately every time there is a heavy rainfall it will leak down the passenger side wall near the trunk of the vehicle. Towne has tried to locate and repair twice with no success. No resolution at this point in time to this issue. I am not pleased with how this matter is being handled by Towne Mazda to this point.

Please be very cautious when dealing with this location. Take a mechanic with you if looking at a car. I bought a car in February and remember looking at the brakes wondering why they look rusty when the I was told brand new brakes were put on by the sales person. He said it would go away with time. I trusted. Come to find out they never put new brakes on and 5 months later I’m told I need all new brakes after having the car for 4 months, barely put any miles on. I should have asked more questions and paid more attention to the car I was buying with it being my first time. If you’re thinking about buying your first car here … just be careful.

We worked with Kyle Keppler to lease Mazda 3. The best customer experience we have ever had. I was at mazda for a service of my older car, and simply wanted to check the deals for their car. Even though i was planning to go for a completely different manufacturer, i ended up leasing one from Mazda the same day. Kyle was very helpful in working out a plan that fit perfectly for us, he was very transparent and we had no second thoughts about the decision. Bought a 2023 Mazda Cx5 Carbon Edition. Back in April when took delivery of the vehicle it wasn’t washed correctly and scratches on piano trim near the shifter and near the fuse box panel. Left a review manager said to drop it off to be rewatched however scratches are still there.

I went to Towne Mazda to purchase a new Mazda and I met a very professional young salesman name Kyle. Kyle informed me that they didn’t have the new vehicle I was looking for on the lot but he would actually hold the vehicle I was looking for without a deposit he actually insisted that I didn’t leave a deposit I was quite amazed by this gesture and I instantly new at this point he was a guy I could trust it’s not often you find honest salesman like him so I want to thank Kyle for his Honesty and for not being a pushy salesman and I would highly recommend Kyle and Towne Mazda based on my experience at this dealership.
