Terrible experience. Changing story regarding financing and vehicle availability requiring numerous trips to the dealership taking 8 hours total to purchase the car. Floor mats that were paid for with the vehicle were not in the vehicle at the time of purchase and I was given an IOU for these to be delivered within one week. It has been three weeks and 6 phone calls including one conversation with Kevin the manager directly that the floor mats would be delivered to me last week. I still do not have the floor mats that I paid for. Parts and service departments are great but use a different dealer to purchase.

In professional staff. They total waste of time. They don't know what price asking for. Worst service, Worst self-person. I have ever seen. Careless service.

My experience with trading in my old car with a new one was Excellent. The staff was courteous, very nice, well educated and made the whole transition a breeze. I was well taken care of and all of my needs, concerns and questions were all met.

Terrible experience overall. Worst salesman I’ve ever had. If I could I would take the car back in a heartbeat!

I have had a mixed experience with Toyota of Manhattan. In March they neglected to return my car or notify me that they hadn't. When I recovered and couldn't find my car, it took 72 hours to locate and get my car back. This week they again neglected to contact me that they hadn't ordered a necessary part for an already authorized repair until late in the day, causing a needless delay in the repair.

Just met with the service manager who was very open to the problems. He assured me that they will deal the issues I brought up and will improve on communication and follow through. I will modify my rating in the future if this turns out to be true.

I love my Xse highlander was at a dealership in New Jersey but bilal did a great job getting me to the number I wanted I left New Jersey and went straight to him

Mike Regalado was very helpful throughout the process of our Toyota lease. He was available to answer our concerns and questions even after work hours. We look forward to working with him again in the future.

The service team is very polite but will only do what you ask. I was hoping they would give the car a quick water rinse since it was indoors all day and a bit dusty but they did not. They also charge for the inspection renewal which I feel could be a complimentary gesture. Either way do I go there because it’s great or because it’s close and the only one in Manhattan? Because it’s close.

Pleasant experience at this shop. Called ahead to make sure they had what I was looking for. When I went, they had what they had said they had. My salesperson, John Maya, was on his game, knew the inventory, features of my car, and lease terms cold. Got me in and out fast with little fuss. John hustled to make sure all was straightforward and efficiently handled. Best of all, enjoying the car.

I paid for a car $10,000 cash $6000 finance, when go to bring the car they said we sold the car some one else, get my money back, I had lost 3 days never suggest any one to go there.

The management is too bad. Dont try to cancel anything in your contract because they are going to take all of day.

They are crooks, they tell a price and charge another price (pump the price so high in the contract) STAY AWAY. Avoid at all costs.

Kevin is everything a sales manager should be: courteous, knowledgeable, understanding and most important of all customer savvy.

All went well but I had to wait 30 minutes to get my car (the colleagues just simply didn’t communicate with each other)!

Toyota Manhattan was best dealership I have taken my car to. Definitely look for Nick, the service advisor who was the most professional and courteous advisor I have dealt with in a very long time. Definitely recommend.

I brought my prius in to have the brakes checked. I was told the brakes where in yellow territory and my rotors where rusted. I was quoted a price of about $1000. When I was going to approve the work I asked to be given the old parts. The I was told the parts are not in stock and would need to be ordered.

I brought my car to a different toyota dealer who told me that the brakes are in green.

I will never trust manhattan toyota service again.
