Love the brand. The store only displays one size of each item in stock. This creates a great aesthetic, but when there’s only smalls on display for women, this creates an exclusionary feeling for those who need to ask for a larger size.

An innovative and welcomed space in gentrified Williamsburg. Love the focus on community, cohesion, and culture in addition to the stellar staff service and attention to customer care. A catalyst for connecting elite performance running garments to the community.

While the guys in the store were cheerful, they weren't very helpful. They chatted a lot with each other, and it was awkward buying something, because i was interrupting their conversation. I had to wait for a while for them to stop, notice me and do the check out process.

But the worst part was not even that - they asked me to enter my email to send the receipt to. They did, but they also signed me up for every single marketing email without my knowledge. Between buying a single shirt and 3 days later when i checked my email, i got 8 marketing emails from them I did not sign up for.

What a gorgeous new location for Tracksmith. I love the community the brand has created and the clothes are top quality. Erica and the team are inspirations for the running community!
