Tractor Supply Co., Lakewood NY

Quite surprising that I wasn't greeted at the door when entering. Every Tractor Supply I've ever been to has. Products not well stocked either. A hodge podge of items everywhere. Hard to get around it. Disappointed in this particular store.

Good selection of items. Apparently short staffed as cashier was a bit snarky when I asked for help getting a 50# bag if birdseed in my car. (I am a 73 y/o woman.) When she told me there was no one to help as I was cashing out, I told her to take it off my bill as I couldn't handle it by myself. Begrudgingly, she called for someone.as I said I waited ten minutes.

A very friendly greeter at the door, then employee helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

We love Tractor Supply! They offer a wide variety of products, reasonably priced, for the farm & garden. It's always our first stop when shopping for ourselves or for gifts.

They have the ONLY food my pets like. Good watch for boot and coat sales. Always a steady flow of customers, too. I can recall never having a great place like this!

Always enjoy stopping here even if I do not make purchases. Staff is always pleasant and helpful.

Solutely one of my favorite stores. The people here are great they're courteous they're friendly. You have to go visit Dustin the store manager he knows absolutely everything.

Went there to buy a gun safe. Was very pleased with my service from the employees that work there. Will recommend the store to all my friends. 5 stars!

Always pleasant to visit. Cheery customer service. They always seem to find what it is we need. I like to peruse their magazine section. The store seemed like it was packed at the seams to get through.i assume that is because it is spring.

It could be much better but their turnover in employees is so high and nobody knows what the hell they're doing there

Employees were very nice and helpful. One helped me reach cat food off a high shelf. He then checked outback to find additional cans.

You can get so many different things here tractor parts pet supply's tools clothes shoes boots /horse feed little chick's.and so much more

Chicken Coop I baught was 432.00 and it was rooted wood and wet and worse don't buy chicken coops from here but there is a nice store manager named Nancy she sweet and help me out to make it right

I love Tractor Supply. It'll be a sad, sad day of we ever lose them as a purveyor. The staff is always helpful and management is attentive to customer service. I like shopping their clearance sections. They always have unique items for working outdoors.

A handymans dream store. Helpful staff and great varieties of useful items for farm or household

Good selection of all kinds of stuff. Great tools, truck and trailer supplies. Even though it is a farm supply store, it has a lot to offer for those of us who don't live and work on a farm. Great for pet supplies, gardens, and the do it yourself fanatic.

Arrived early as I got out of work before they opened. I live out of town, so didn't want to drive home and come back later. Waited in the parking lot, the manager saw me waiting out there, so he came out and said he would open early for me. Customer service above and beyond! Can't say enough good things about the store.

Tractor supplies in Jamestown friendly place workers are courteous the young lady that helped us out in the front cash out respectful they look at you when they talk to you they listen to you I go back again went to the Jamestown want to get sandbags to to weigh my truck down reasonable price for a 60 pounds bag.

Love this store, when you can't find it anywhere they usually carry it here. Staff is always ready to help!

Bought boots, didn't realize the tag said, "in California, proven to cause cancer". Wth, they let me return for money back.thank goodness.please read all tags! I already just had cancer removed, can't take any chances.please read tags! They were thinsulate short boots!
