I went into tractor supply to get my dog medicine a a friend came with me and I went to check out and the guy behind us since where's your buddy I don't know he was looking at stuff then the man ask me is he going to buy anything how am I supposed to know that haha too funny second time I had a problem like that now this is the one in Norwich and we were followed quite a while

Love coming here with my dog, always friendly staff and a welcoming environment. It's nice to bring a new pup in for socialization and just be able to walk around the store without any real purpose. Prices are usually a tad high on certain items like dog toys but all prices are rising these days, so just look around different shops for best prices and check the tractor supply app and you may have some free gifts!

I just concluded my search for 2 spray cans of paint in IH Red at 5 different TSC stores, in 3 counties, and traveling about 150 miles, and came up empty handed. None of them had even 1 can of that color/brand (Majic)
in stock. This morning I went to the local store and bought a quart can of the same brand/
Color. Now I have to thin that down, get out my spray gun, and finish the tractor that I already used 2 spray cans on, and hope that it matches! Not a happy camper!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this store. They have all the cool items that's hard to find in other stores. And the staff at this store is so friendly and knowledgeable. Ask them for anything and they'll know how to help. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Great store, love to visit every time I am in town. Staff is very nice and the selection is great.

Was not at all impressed with the vet clinic. The techs seemed to know more then the very, even though they were mostly on their phs unless they were holding a dog down, the vet made at least 2 nails bleed on every paw. Needless to say I won't be using the vet clinic in the future.

Staff was helpful in the location of the items needed which made it a quick visit. Great store.

Found. Everything I needed. And the. Lady was a great help answered all my questions and didn't get frustrated because I kept asking questions

Love this store! They have everything needed to raise any kind of animals. They even have baby ckicks and ducks 2 times a year.

Nice friendly place with a small town feel, like you know everyone. I enjoy seeing the dogs and other pets, chickens and so on in there.

2 Thumbs down for tsc, they've changed their neighbor's club rewards to complete useless junk! They send out quarterly rewards and used to send a 10% off coupon for one complete purchase (which was VERY useful). Now they send 2 coupons for 1 day trailer rental and 2 coupons for 1 free item delivery. These would be far more useful if they'd send these new junk coupons snail mail so we could use them for tp!

This was probably the worst experience ever. Cashier was so rude and nasty was only trying to make small talk. She continued to argue with me I find this very off putting and in times we are facing now you would think that all the customers a company can get would be helpful. Apparently they would rather not make money I will be taking my business/money else where. I rather take a drive then have someone treat me the way she did today. I guess making small talk and showing kindness isn't what tractor supply promotes. Absolutely disgusted I will also be letting people know about this experience as well. I would never treat anyone in my business like this.

They sell some really good equipment (generators) yet don't keep common sense parts in stock. Shameful because the generator I bought is really an awesome built champion. But I really put it through a lot. Wish you stocked common sense parts.ie. Exhaust system.

Was treated and taken care of by staff that knew what they were selling and we were looking for.

I cannot always find the things that are listed online at the store. The people are very pleasant and helpful, though.

It's the beginning of Feb and don't care rock salt for pets they said they won't get it back for the year how stupid is that

Almost always fond what im looking for and if not i leave with the knowledge of where i may find it. Courteous respectful employees and an awesome selection of quality products. I recommend them highly.

Okay could be better they do have alot of great inventory but don't carry items needed for replacement parts and the customer service is a bit dual!
