We needed to fertilize the lawn today for a customer and we got sprays for the grass that were in stock. Customer service is very smart and helpful. Shopping at tractor supply co is easy fun and affordable too!

First timer and I was VERY PLEASED! Colleen store manager is simply amazing! She is a non-stop dynamo that can help multiple customers all while making my trailer purchase! Paperwork was spot on, assured all would be fine, assisted with securing trailer and checked wiring to make sure I was good to go! AMAZING!

The top two eyes on my right boot the hooks snapped off his boots I wore for maybe two months how do I return them or who fixes them for me please let me know

Understaffed & poorly managed. Checkout times will take forever cus cashiers asking a million questions, including a really scammy credit card push (they dont even know the interest rate lol). Propane is not always available and their wood pellets are very soggy and ruined my stove. Better off going to Home Depot or Lowes which is what this store tries to emulate.

Watch out buying wood pellets at this store. They seem to have no problem selling wet useless pellets to customers. They had two pallets of wood pellets out in front of the store unprotected from the weather most of the bags had water damage. These wet pellets can damage your pellet stoves.

Felt like we were interrupting one of the worker's there when we asked where something was. He made us feel like we were in his way and sent us to find it ourselves. When we didn't go down the isle he told us, he then was like oh here let me show you were it's at. Come to find out it was the wrong isle. I told my Dad next time let's go to home depot.

Nice staff. Website can't be trusted to tell you what is in stock even when it specifically says a particular item is available for pick up today at this store.

I am hear at least once a month at a minimum I buy all my pet food they sell clothes tools car batteries I don't mind going here some really good deals to be found here

Barely a 2. So I recently purchased a $3000 Cub Cadet tractor. The customer service by one particular gentleman was great. But now I can see why. When you are purchasing a big ticket item like that they are going to be very nice to you. Over the past 2 days that customer service has been non-existent. There is a particular jack I wished to purchase for the same tractor. I went online printed a copy of the jack, it showed in stock for pick up at this location. I went in today and walked around for 15 minutes looking for the jack. Couldn't find it. But I couldn't find ANYONE in the store except the female cashier that at different times had 5-8 people in line. I attempted to get her attention to no avail. I looked for someone else on the floor to assist and not one person to be found. Where was everyone? I guess I will take my business to HD or Lowe's at least there is always someone walking the floor.

This one is better than others in the area … more stuff on shelves. You can always check online if stuff is in stock and its pretty accurate

The store has a great selection of products and i was able to get my propane tanks refilled there.

They always have what I need. Well organized and great selection. I’ve found my granddaughters mud puddle boots, outdoor planters, wood pellets, propane refills, garden plants and more. The staff is helpful and it’s convenient. Great resource for our local community.
