Supermarket Trade Fair reviews
12 Discrimination. The employees are nice but the manager was rude to me after I had explained that I have breathing problems wearing a mask. Granted I had an attitude since the beginning because no one cared about any type of medical condition that I may have.even though the manager himself was wearing the mask incorrectly. I showed him that people that have breathing problems should not be wearing a mask and he did not care. I should've recorded how awful he was but I was in shock at the fact that someone could be so cold towards another human being condition. I put the mask on but wore it in a manner where I couldn't breath better. In fact I wore it down to show him that I needed to breath.
He screamed in front of everything to not service me because I am '"disrespectful" thats a lawsuit right there.
If you have a breathing problem, asthma or whatever and you cant breath correctly do not shop here. They do not care about your conditions at all. They will deny you any type of service regardless if you're ill.
Supermarket offers competitive prices. Good place for bargain hunters. It does get very crowded best to go late at night if you hate crowds.
This place has good product, a bit overpriced but it's worth it.
The service is awful, my husband and I sat down and even thought the place was not busy at all. We ended up getting up and leaving. There were a total of 5 girls, running around. They never came to ask us if we were ready to order. Two at the front were actually busy but the other three were just clueless. When we got up the two in the front were concerned that we were leaving and said something to the other three but that only started a commotion of who was supposed to fo the bar or something of that kind. This happened on April 9th around 10 am.
The employees hardly speak English which can prove to be not helpful and come off as rude. The way the store is organized makes absolutely no sense and is always a mess. Unless you go late at night the store is packed and you can barely get your cart down an isle. The have a decent produce selection with okay prices which is why I go but the rest of the store can be really unreasonably priced. Not practical for a big grocery shop.
Isn't the best place to do grocery shopping but because there is nothing else around. I have to go there.
The lines to check out can be long and the supermarket has a lot to offer. It's big but so much with a lot of people can make a supermarket trip pretty long. Parking in the area isn't the best, they do have onsite parking. If you're anti uber/lyft, taxis are typically ready outside.
This Trade Fair has better price than the Trade Fair near my home. Most of the things that I buy I can always find. It is well priced. There is a parking lot so that helps a lot. And there's a little bit of a wait time during checkout. Overall good store.
Awesome place, great variety and international brands.tight aisles though.still come from Astoria to it.
Parking is akways an adventure but the prices and selection of products is amazing. Great produce too!
My mother always said if you don't have anything nice to say then be quiet. I think I will take her advice. Wait, wait I do have something nice to say. Some of the cashiers are nice. That's it. Have a nice day.
Great prices and helpful staff. Meat choices are phenomenal and well priced. Parking is the only disaster.
I go here every week to get my Spanish products that my Stop n Shop doesn’t carry or prices are more expensive at Stop n Shop. I live only 2 blks away.
Their meat prices are awesome and nothing bad to say about how good they look and noticeable quality and big size portions don’t hurt either. I also go for the different Spanish cafe brands and weekly specials, amazing. Their produce section is to die for especially the Spanish products. If you are into cod fish (bacalao) this is the right place to be. Compared to other supermarket their prices are lower.
