Mayra did an amazing job on my nails. She listened and they look exactly like the picture that I showed her. Staff was very friendly and the place was clean!

Was looking to get my nails done on a Sunday and I was hoping to find a shop that was open because the shop I used to go to said I have a 2-hour wait. After waiting an hour already. I walked out of that one and went to the mall where I stumbled upon tranquility salon and had my nails done immediately and very much to my liking! Lucy is the best!

Lucy gave me the best gel manicure I’ve had in awhile and Mayra put me to sleep with her pedi and massage.

I usually never leave bad reviews but I had an awful experience here. I went here because I’ve had great experiences in the past but this time was not it. My nails are only a week old and most of them have already pooped off or are falling off currently. I got a gel set and while putting my nails in the UV light it burned 1000 times more than usual, when I took my hand out because it was extremely painful the lady got mad at me and gave me an attitude. My nails also have lumps and aren’t the right size for my fingers. DO NOT GO HERE

I went to get my nails done and not even one full day later the nail polish was peeling off and leaking. The nail polish was not fully dried when she put the topcoat on, and when I went back the next day I had to pay 25$ on top of the 40 it was for the initial fill for them to fix their mistake, argue with multiple people to even get them to fit me in.also had to wait 2 hours while getting nasty looks from everyone for a service that took 15 minutes.

I waited an hour and a half, which wasn't a big deal because I was a walkin. But I waited all that time for uneven, bubbly, textured gel polish on my natural nails. She also trimmed them a bit uneven. Also had polish on my fingers. She was either her phone or talking to her friends/other techs. I wont be going back

Went here a couple weeks ago, Got a full set will gel and design. Cost was insane for the lady being rude and unprofessional on top of that my nails slipped right off after 3 days! $90 for nails

For the first time in my life I gave up in the middle of a pedicure and just left - it took an hour for a lady to remove gel, and then she simply didn’t know what to do with my nails as if she was doing a pedicure for the first time. I am usually ok with people learning new things, but customers should consent to this type of experience.

They cut my friends nails and my nails were lumpy and so was my other friends.they called my friend a liar because my other friend said she wanted long nails and gave her short short nails and were too pointy and told her they can not give her money back and when they did it again to “fix it” they didn’t and they just made it shorter

Best place I’ve ever been to. Amazing service and amazing nails. It was such a lovely experience. The workers are extremely respectful and nice. I definitely will come back again as I have already.

Took me as a walk in. My nail tech was pleasant and did a good job on my nails. I was sooo happy with the outcome. Showed her the inspiration and she did a great job reasonably priced. Would go back and recommend. My tech was Angie

This is by far my favorite salon/spa. It lives up to its name, Tranquility. Angie gave me the absolute best Green Tea pedicure yesterday. I almost fell asleep. My feet felt and looked so amazing afterward. The chairs are divine. Ten stars.
