4I paid for Botox and was told that service changed and they no longer did that there they never refunded me the money i showed my receipt they just stole my money
Very slow service and poor customer service skills with customers. Long wait times just to get attitude from worker that actually does the testing in room just because they want to waste more time supposedly confirming your information which you hand write on their intake form smh.
This staff goes above and beyond. COVID testing has become complete chaos, but to see this team working together to provide tests to 300+ people in 20 degree weather was amazing. They provided hot coffee, made sure everyone had a place inside, and tried their best to get everyone situated. The boss of this center really seems to care for the people and her staff-it is clear.
DO NOT GO HERE FOR A COVID TEST! They charge $110 for the test. I went and got a false positive. The person who called me to let me know barely spoke English and gave no information about what to do. With something as serious as COVID i would expect a Doctor to call to speak with me. If you have a simple issue go in and take a shot but nothing serious.
