Trattoria Aroma reviews
16Hidden gem of Buffalo. As a regular Italy tourist, this cuisine is the closest I've had in the Greater Buffalo region. Service is top-notch and the atmosphere is inviting. Great bar area and excellent wine selection.
Everything we had was delicious - the bread, drinks, pasta, entrees and dessert. The service was great and the atmosphere was cozy. Highly recommend
Delicious, high quality Italian food. Terry was very pleasent and helpful with recommendations. The grilled lettece salad was impressive and unique. The duck breast and veal steak were out of this world.
What a great discovery! The staff are very friendly and attentive, and the food is excellent. We will eat here every time we are in Buffalo.
Getting a drink at the bar at first was a little slow. Started with and amazing Super Tuscon. Sat done tables were a little tight but we are taller people. Menu had some great options. I had the filet with caper crust omg was it amazing. My Beet salad was so delicious. Our friends has the Lobster Ravioli, clean their plates. Unfortunately dessert was a disappointment. Very Dry Tirimasu.
We made reservations on a Saturday at 6: 00pm to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary. The dinner we ordered was Filet Mignon and Lobster Ravioli. Both were excellent. Our waiter was friendly and accommodating. We were disappointed that an Italian restaurant did not serve complimentary bread with our dinner. We ordered the bread basket, the choice of bread was not very good except the slices of sour dough bread. The Caesar salad was below average. The tiramisu didn’t seem real fresh, not like the one shown in a previous photo on this website. The restaurant employees knew we were celebrating our anniversary and didn’t surprise us with a little special treat after our dinner. If you want to go to a quiet intimate place to celebrate something special, this restaurant is very noisy.
The food was a serious let down and I won’t be going back. I had the pork osso bucco and it was the first time in years that I’ve gone to a restaurant and didn’t want to finish what I was eating because I didn’t like it. Every component of the dish was severely lacking in flavor to the point where I don’t think any seasoning was used at all. The service and dessert were great. The atmosphere was nice but a bit too loud to be considered a romantic date night type.
Great food, great service from Sarah in the dining room, and then a really rude bartender made us feel extremely unwelcome for a last drink. Left a bad taste in our mouths, unfortunately.
Fabulous Food! Fabulous People!
This was our first trip to Buffalo and we were absolutely blown away by the food and service at Trattoria Aroma. Having dinner at the bar was like being with old friends. A friendly atmosphere that further enhanced already outstanding food. It was amazing and we can't wait to go back. Thanks Liesl for wonderful recommendations and conversation. Go Bills!
Trattoria Aroma is perfect for date night! The food is fresh and delicious, the service is impeccable, and the ambience is cozy and intimate. As far as appetizers go, you won't find a better calamari. The taste and texture was perfect! The beet salad and bread basket were also delicious. Our dinner entrees were even more impressive. The Penne Aroma has just the right amount of tender sausage and a scrumptious cream sauce, and the Lobster Ravioli was the best we have ever had. There's a reason this has been one of Buffalo's best restaurants for decades. We're already dreaming of our next visit!
The original Stagecoach Market. Had dinner with a buddy, and the food was delicious. Celebrating my acquisition of a Montecristi hat.
We just moved close by (within walking distance) so we’ve been multiple times because the food is so great…. We’ve tried multiple dishes and all have been superb! Sarah is fantastic as is th rest of the staff. Highly recommend!
I had a chicken Parmesan my wife had veal the food was delicious and the service was great
The margarita pizza was remarkable! No doubt about it, it's only comparable in Sicily and this pizza gives it a run for its money! Bravo Ciao
We had a reservation for two and sat outside. And we're seemingly forgotten a few times. Service gets 0 stars but the food was tasty and we ate every bite.
Staff and management were excellent and made the entire dining experience excellent. Food and drinks were unique.
