The experience with TDS and its staff felix weeks and dwayne flowers feels extremely unprofessional from start to finish/cancellation.

First, I opted to drop off my documents for visa processing at its midtown office, only to arrive at the building and find no signage or instructions as to where to drop it off whatsoever. I called them and the person that picked up (I assume it's felix weeks, my apologies if not) wasn't even sure if they could do the service that I have selected and paid for on their website. He had to make an appointment the next day to find out if they can and asked me to leave my documents with the concierge, except when I went to the concierge, I was told I should go to the messenger center in the loading zone at back of the building for dropping off stuff.

I was told I would receive an email confirmation after they received my passport and other documents. The email confirmation never came. I had to call them to know that they have received it and they claimed that they will update the status on the website and sent a confirmation. Still no confirmation until I called them again to check status.

At the same time, I was told that they could do it but they haven't been able to make it to the walk-in hour at the consulate because they went kind of last minute the last two times and they were closed. All I could think of then was would he have gone to the walk-in hour last minute if it's himself that needed an important visa urgently? The way he brushed it off on the phone was aggravating.

Not long after, I was contacted via email by dwayne flowers, asking me to complete a local contact form for the visa i needed to apply for, except there was no form whatsoever attached to his email. Later when he sent over, it was a form that, among other things, asked for a signature of local contact, person or business, in that foreign country i needed to visit, which makes absolutely no sense since if I had a local contact, they could've sponsored me a visa digitally without having me go through a travel agency.dwayne had no idea what to do with this form and just asked me to fill out as much as i can. It was at this point that their total unprofessionalism/no-clue-what-they-are-doing finally pushed me to cancel their service and asked for my passport back.they did provide me a tracking number for my passport, except it always say fedex is still waiting to receive the package, so i have no idea what's the point of that tracking number.the service cost $127, $27 is the visa processing fee for the consulate and $100 goes to TDS. After I cancelled their service, they still charged me $50 that accounts for half of their own fee, and another $41 for fedex delivery of my passport where the tracking number never turned up anything, plus other small fees that sum up to $100. I just can't understand the fact after two weeks of anxiety and frustration, I'm still out $100?

Stay away from this place and felix weeks and dwayne flowers for your own good.
