Very good quality products - I bought Bontrager cycling cleats (white, no laces, very sleek ;) and they're fantastic! Aside from products, the people who helped me were professional, super super friendly, very knowledgable and the shop had a killer soundtrack playing that rounded out the whole experience! 00% will return for any future needs/wants for my cycling life and I will absolutely send friends/family there. Really cool place:)

Super helpful without being pushy. Great adjustment to take into account a priori customer knowledge and experience. Clear, dependable, creative salespeople. It was made very clear that our experiences and lives mattered beyond the "particular moment in the shop".

Went to upgrade a Trek city commuter bike to a faster bike now that my weekly mileage has increased. Liked the trade-in option for my old bike. I had a budget in mind, as well as a particular model with upright handle bars. Was impressed that I could try out a few bike options before buying (shop is close to West Side HW bike path). I appreciated the advice, patience, and knowledge of the sales staff, especially Sebastián who helped me out. On Sebastian's advice, I tried out a bike with dropped handlebars, and the bike felt just right for me and my cycling goals. Would have not done it on my own, or if I had gone to a less customer service oriented shop. Happy that everything came in at budget, and very satisfied with the bike a few days and 70 miles later.

I swung by this store to check out some bikes and I gotta say one of if not the best experience I’ve ever had in a bike shop hands down! Sebastian helped me pick the right bike and let me test ride 3 bikes with no issues whatsoever, he answered every question I had, I’m absolutely thrilled with my purchase! Would highly recommend this store to everyone.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Also they did not “dumb me down” as a lot of bike shops do. I ride often but have little knowledge of the workings of a bike (nor do I care to). Service manager was excellent. Price quoted for repairs/tune up was the price I paid. Another rarity of bike shops.

These guys are awesome. I was referred here by my roommate who is a seasoned rider - I couldn't steer anymore because of its ability to fold up and I walked it into Trek and the guys fixed in in less than five minutes! Along with a tune up and safety check. So awesome! I have had some dissappointing and expensive experiences in the past with other stores - but this place is great. Will always come Downtown to them when i need expert assistance!

Amazing customer service and quality. They let me know all information (price, duration, whether they were busy or not) before going to the store and having my bike assembled.

Great guy (Baz) who checked me in. Clean & organized new store. They acquired Danny’s in Chelsea so now my free lifetime level 1 service is with them. They did a great job replacing what needed to be done on my 4 year old Trek. I was surprised it took them all day b/c it did not look busy when I was there, but, they did a great job. My trek rides like a dream. I will go back.

A really nice and clean store. The bikes are totally sick. The staff is really helpful and nice. I worked with Travis and he is a very knowledgable and helpful guy.
