Trek Bicycle East Northport reviews
14This place really is an old fashion gem - expert technical ability and service - honest neighborhood shop.
Professional & down to the business of what you need for cycling/experience that is necessary.
After a tune up, got my Carbon TREK riding like it's on glass
It was great to work with the team at the East Northport store to find the right bike for me. Dave was a great help and fun to work with. After my great experience, I will keep going to that store and recommend the store to friends and family! Thank you!
Amazing customer service! Greasy place to take your kid for their first real bike! I will be back for more. Excellent experience, their team made it easy, painless and quick! They know their products and you can tell they enjoy their jobs! Don’t waste time anywhere else! Hands down they were 5 stars!
My husband and I having been going here for 20 years. They recently changed ownership and still the amazing experience we've come to expect. Last night I called 15 minutes before closing, ran up there and fixed my tire tube on the fly. We got a bike ride in before it got dark. I'm very appreciative! In the spring I'll bring my bike up for a tune-up.
The guys at this trek shop are incredible. They did a great job fixing my shifting issues and installed my new wheels and tires. Definitely way better than any bike shop in the Huntington area. No weird vibe just fast accurate friendly service!
The folks at Adams Cyclery went the extra mile to get me the Trek Bike of my dreams. They set it up, made all the adjustments so it fit me just right and gave me ample time to test ride it. Love the bike. Love the people at the shop.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my bike needs, all staff here are super friendly. Recently purchased a Trek DS2 from here and Albert was superb! He was very helpful and patient. Thank you!
What can you say about a store that gets it all done? In the past few weeks I've visited several times and always left with exactly what I needed!
These guys really know what their doing! They actually gave me great advise on my bike maintenance that saved me a significant amount of money. They don’t try to oversell you something you don’t need and are great at listening to what your concerns are regarding your bike. Many thanks to their staff and Darin’s Golden Touch!
Very knowledgeable, they had what I was looking for. Assembly was really quick. I can always stop back in for advice and adjustments on fitting helmets.
Everyone was friendly, helpful and polite! They gave me a price for the work to be done right up front and the job was completed quickly and efficiently- I had my bicycle back in two days!
30 some years ago I walked into Adams Cyclery and walked out with my first "real" bike. When talking to Chuck, you discover quite quickly that this is a man who is, not only an expert in every product he sells, but very knowledgeable about the bicycle industry as a whole. Adams' mechanic, Darren is well known to serious bicyclist on Long Island and is considered one of the best with over 25 years of experience. Since my first purchase from Chuck, I have purchased my two children's bicycles and my wife's bike from Adams. Not to mention all the accessories. More recently I bought a higher end Trek road bike from Chuck. Its a trust thing, I guess. I have always been steered in the right direction. Today, I still ride my 30+ year old hybrid. My wife enjoys riding hers and my kids bikes have been handed down to a younger generation.
My advice to anyone looking to buy a bicycle is to do yourself a favor and stop in to Adams for a good education and friendly conversation.
