The problematic parts that needed replacing were identified right away, I was given a price quote and the work was done in under 24 hours. James at Trek Forest Hills was extremely helpful and patient. I had a ton of questions on possible upgrades I wanted to do to my Trek Dual Sport 3 and he took the time to email me options and quotes for the upgrade. Quick turnaround on service and seems like he did a get job.
