Trek Bicycle Geneva

My wife and I each bought a checkpoint from David in the beginning of September. He spent basically all day with us as we tried the bikes and changed some things for fit reasons and tried them again. We traded our two trek 520 touring bikes and the checkpoints have opened up a world of new cycling opportunities for us. David and the whole staff were excellent to deal with. Patient and extremely knowledgeable. Our first ride was the trail between Geneva and Waterloo that evening. Thanks for the tip David and the great service.

We were looking for quality mountain bikes and found exactly what suited us for our needs. Sales persons were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We will definitely go back for service and for future bicycle purchases.

Outstanding service with a personal touch! Exceeded my expectations. Example, they fixed a problem on a bike I purchased out of town by next day and free of charge. The Rochester Trek dealer wanted to charge me & with a 2 week wait.

I brought in my husband's old bike to see if it could be fixed. Jason was open and honest and said the cost to repair was more than the bike was worth. I couldn't afford to purchase a new bike through their shop so I purchased a department store bike and brought it to their shop to be sure it was put together correctly and to get it tuned up. They never made me feel bad for not purchasing a bike from them and they did an amazing job on my husband's new bike. Great service. Great people. I would definitely recommend them.

In a pinch your staff in Geneva, NY were able to help me get back on the road quickly and catch up with my touring group. I was presented with options, the issue I was having was clearly identified, and they fixed it immediately. Based on this I’m very much considering a Trek for my next bicycle.

My husband had to have a tire repaired. When he got home with the fixed tire, it was flat, so he had to go back the next day to have it re-repaired. He reported that the customer service experience he had was the best he had EVER had. We will remain customers because of the ongoing excellent service we get from the staff of Trek Bicycle Geneva.

I took two of my bikes in for brake repair and tire change. They got me in an out quickly. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The shop is spacious and well stocked with all types of bikes.

Best place to buy a bicycle helmet hands down. Walmart just does not make the cut as they don't even sell adult helmets. Trek has much high quality helmets along with a whole line of accessories. You won't find that anywhere else but a bike shop.

Great place to purchase a bike, let you test ride outside, as the other place I visited would not. Highly recommended. Thanks.

What an incredible experience we had at Trek of Geneva! The store Manager was so informative and helpful.within 1 min from entering the shop she got right up, greeted me, and asked how she could assist me that day (a rare gem these days). I told her it was my daughter's 9th Birthday and my wife was on her way "it was Bike shopping time"! She got so excited for us, started right away asking about her history w/ bike riding, her hight, color preference and offered several options depending on what style of bike riding she would be doing or if we were trekking as a family.just super helpful and dedicated to making sure we were comfortable with the right purchase. One thing that REALLY stood out to me was how many customers came in while we were there and she knew them by name! She would pleasantly excuse herself and greet "Hi Tom & Beth great to see you, someone will be right with you". And another "Hey Joe, ready for that race you signed up for!? " I was so impressed by how many people she knew by first name and how she welcomed them back to their "Biking Sanctuary". I knew right then, "Yeah, this is our new spot for all things biking" (my wife and I started shopping the Electric Assist Bikes!) Thanks for the Great Experience Suzanne

I drove an hour to buy a bike specifically from David. My wife had great experiences prior to the Trek purchase of the shop. Keeping the same great employees is the best thing Trek could have done! Seemless transition from a customer standpoint. Jim will be missed, but he left behind very capable, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. You can tell they love helping you get on a bike that works best for you! David had me on multiple e-bike options to make sure the one I bought worked for my riding type. It is obvious the current Manager is carrying on the same great leadership and customer focus.

They have a wonderful selection of Trek bicycles. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on the products they provide. I recommend!
