This place is Awesome! From the staff to the repairman (who is very helpful!). I would recommend to anyone buying a bike or needing service on their bike. Been coming here for years not a single bad incident. Fabulous!

Fantastic service that goes way above and beyond. I only came here because they had something in stock I couldn’t find elsewhere, but ended up choosing them to service my bike. They did a great job and even fixed some things they didn’t have to (noticed when I got home) as an extra touch. They spent plenty of time with me helping me solve some problems I had been trying to figure out and I left there so much happier with my bike. Highly recommended personalized experience - go meet them!

So I would like to say the customer service is great here! Brought my wife's bike in for a simple braking adjustment and they were able to fix it within 10-15 min for near to nothing. Truly appreciative for the attentiveness. Compared to that other bike store in Wantagh where I found they were quick to find issues and over charged for the service, this is a diamond in the rough! Thank you and I will be coming back here!

The staff are very friendly and professional. They’ve always gone the extra mile when ordering something that wasn’t in stock. I wish they had more cycling clothing but it is what it is. They’ve got pretty much everything else you need for your bike. Store is very clean and organized.

Great shop friendly experienced staff. Bought a new Trek there actually two. Staff is responsive unlike the other bike shop nearby that is called B_ _ _ _ s. They wouldn't even assemble a 900 dollar bike we were 95% sure we wanted. We had purchased two other bikes previously. B_ds never calls you back when you want to purcg6 a bike. Trek Mass is the place to go.

Very happy with their service. Brought my bike in at 11am and was ready for pick up by 3pm. What’s better than same day service! Bill and the supporting staff in Massapequa were fantastic on all levels and I will not hesitate to use them again for any bicycle services. I was also very happy with their pricing. Very fair and reasonable.

Great experience there. I wanted another Trek and was given several options. The bike came in just under 2 weeks. Assembled with no issues.
This was my second purchase there and I would go back.
