Great people and talented mechanics, my bike feels brand new. They took great care of me and my bike.

Great store! Friendly and welcoming staff. They assessed my bike quickly, provided an explanation of what was needed and why, and then got the work done fast

I used this location for many years. Recently I replaced several components in my bike. Service staff explained that I should buy Service packages so it will be cheaper repair cost. When I go to pick up my bike, Eric trys to add additional charges.

I also noticed rim was slightly damaged when rim was aligned. Thinking that wasn't a big deal, I road bike and after 1 month wheels broke. I went to trek shop again to repair to replace. I ended up replacing it. As trek didn't have wheel I needed, service man ordered one for me saying that it's also same.
NO it was not. It was way heavy.
As I asked for my broke wheel, Eric had to comment from back we toss it yesterday.
I'm a Asian quiet male. I walked out of this shop unhappy.

I plan not to use this location anymore.

First time around I was not impressed by the tune up, but they certainly made it right. Thanks Ande!

The staff is really good, except for one person who kept forcing me to buy the smart computer for my bike.

The staff at Trek Bicycle Upper East Side always go out of their way to help me and I would strongly recommend using them.

Normally I don’t ever leave reviews, but the work done by this shop is second to none. I’ve taken my bikes to several other bike shops, including other trek shops, but I consistently come back to this one. The work done by the mechanic Andy has been an incredible. He’s restored two of my road bikes and whenever I’ve come back for minor adjustments he’s done it no questions asked. Aside from Andy, the store manager Adam has also provided incredible service and has always taken his time to answer any of my questions.

Fantastic store! Excellent service and support! I walked in at the store to change my tire so I can be back on my way to Queens and they took care of me in no time. Very professional and friendly stuff. Would definitely go back when in neighborhood.

My gravel bike needed maintenance after some 3k miles without much TLC. The technicians advised on work required and after a Level II tune-up and a few other tweaks, the bike is in top shape. Professional and timely.

These folks should give customer service classes at Business Schools. And the bike service they do is nonpareil.

Carlos checked me in when I had to have a brake put on my bike. Checked a few other things out and gave me an honest appraisal. When the appraisal went up by some $10-$20 in a week due to a more expensive than expected part, he called me and explained it to me thoroughly.

My bike feels tight and super fast after it left Trek UES’s hands.what more can you ask from someone about your baby!

Terrible customer service. No one answers the phone at the national number or local store. You might as well buy a bike from an online retailer and possibly get better service.

Fantastic service! The man who worked on my electric bike was very knowledgeable and got everything done in a few hours. I was thrilled to have been in and out in the same day as I heavily rely on my bike. The staff is nice and all are knowledgeable and always willing to answer my many questions. Highly recommend!

Trek of Upper East consistently delivers exceptional service and support. Over the years, I've purchased multiple bikes from them, and their assistance has been outstanding. All of my bikes are functioning perfectly, thanks to their expertise and care. Highly recommended!

The efforts of Tim, Andy, Polly and Elaina to resolve my warranty repair were extraordinary. The fork on my 13 year old Madone failed. Supply chain issues being what they are, obtaining the replacement part unexpectedly took 2.5 months. All the while they were courteous and kept me informed. They loaned me a top-end Emonda for the entire time, which they maintained and adjusted. I also had the derailleur hanger replaced on my bike (I stripped the mounting bolt). With all complete, the old bike rides wonderfully and, it's hard to say this since I maintain it myself, it has never shifted better.

These guys allowed me to avoid, if even possible, replacing the fork or my bike with whatever was available (which wasn't much). They saved my season and far exceeded my expectations in all respects.

Went into because my shoes broke. They took my shoes, handled then warranty process and gave me a fresh pair. Was out in 5 minutes, excellent customer service.

Brought my bike for an inspection just to make sure its safe to ride. Price was outrageous, employees were rude. Bike was 100% NOT SAFE to ride. I had to fix it myself, the brakes weren't working. Maybe its because I didn't bring a TREK bike in, who knows?
