Nice store. They have everything you might need, quality merchandise, clean, staff was great. I'm glad I purchased there.

This store/location is fantastic. Not only does it have a great map point in terms of a locally available bike store close to major transportation, but it's always busy, never crowded, and has a massive showroom with excellent bicycles and accessories.

I think the staff is even better than all those reasons; I bought my bicycle from this store over three years ago and have amazing customer service experiences every time I visit. Everyone I have interacted with has been exceptionally kind, patient, and generous. It's a very high-quality experience. I recommend this location to anyone considering their cycling needs and desire for an excellent shopping experience.

I came in for a flat fix, and Trek looked at the wheel carefully and spotted a dangerous crack in the rim that I wouldn't have seen. That's the best service possible!

The hardest thing to find in a bike shop is knowledgable staff. The level of industry knowledge that the folks on the floor like Adam, Forest, and Hew have is unmatched. If it wasn’t for this shop, and the lovely attitude Lou and Tatiana bring to their customers- I would not have gotten into the sport. 1,000 miles later on my Trek Domane and I regularly stop by each week whether I just need some advice, equipment, or want to see a friendly space. Don’t believe any of the negative reviews! This place is great. Forest is friendly, very knowledgeable and professional, and turned a simple bike repair into a lovely and educational experience. My new favorite bike shop. Last Thursday of every month, they host bike repair classes for beginners - check them out! ️️

I had issues with my P1 for the last 3 months of so. There are not enough characters on Google for the challenges. Long story short; the team at 96th street Trek shop is always willing and able. I can’t fathom a better bike shop. I found an excellent selection of super high quality bikes and rode off into the sunset with a slick new ride tricked out with useful accoutrements. The staff is stellar, especially Lou Jacob.
