I highly recommend Tri-line Roll Off. My family has used them 3 times and each time they responded immediately and I received the dumpster when I wanted it each time. The dumpsters were in great shape and the prices are great, too. They are more than willing to work with you in special circumstances if it is reasonable. I will definately be working with them again.

I have worked with Tri-line Roll-Off 4 times over a 6-month period for drop boxes as I cleaned out my family member’s house. Each time they were professional, on time and flexible - adjusting to my schedule as work progressed and responding to short notice requests if availability allowed. The driver was always courteous and management helpful. The only thing to be aware of - that is different from other companies I have worked with - is they don’t take your credit card info upfront. They invoice you when you call for pickup but won’t pick up till the invoice is paid. I was so busy dealing with the estate that I kept forgetting their process and to pay the invoice and wondered why the box was still there the next day. Some may prefer this way, my preference is to take my card info upfront and just be done with it. Maybe they could offer the option of payment style when ordering. Otherwise, great experience, very trustworthy company.

I called several places trying to get a dumpster - to no avail. I spoke with Mark and not 2 hours later the dumpster was delivered and set up. I cannot say enough about the customer service - I had several questions and they were answered professionally and immediately. The quality service is bar none - I was so happy with the all round service that I have scheduled another dumpster rental and have referred several people.

This couldn’t have been more easy. Polite, professional on the phone. They left the dumpster exactly where I asked. Dropped off and picked up exactly when they said they would. This was the perfect experience, this will be the place I use and I’m gonna use them again very soon.

I called tri line in search of a dumpster rental for some spring cleaning of my garage and house. On the owners recommendation I rented a 20 yard dumpster - he was right and I was glad to have the 20 yard! Only took a few mins over the phone to reserve the dumpster for the week, got an emailed invoice very promptly. Price was reasonable and the dumpster was clean and in good shape. Since I had not rented a dumpster before I did not know what to expect for delivery (time of day) or pick up. The owner was prompt to respond to my inquiries on delivery day and checked in before the weekend to make sure we didn’t need the dumpster picked up early. Very nice people.

I rented from this company on two occasions & both times they were a pleasure to do business with. They delivered my dumpsters on time & picked them up once I loaded them up & called them.
